The son of Major League Baseball's all-time hits leader Pete Rose, Pete Jr. has played in the minor leagues most of his career except for a brief stint in 1997 for the Cincinnati Reds. He was released Sept. 14, 2009, by the York Revolution of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball. Rose Jr. was often shown on national television during his childhood years as a batboy for his father's teams.
