a major disappointment
Although I am glad to have information about the interesting buildings that this book describes, the new edition is little better than a bad Xerox copy.The text is clear but the photographs are very badly reproduced.In many cases one cannot see the architectural details which are being described in the text.The bad photocopies of the illustrations defeat the purpose of a facsimile edition and make this book a disappointment that I would not recommend buying. ... Since little phosphate is available to plants in most soils, plants have evolved a range of mechanisms to acquire and use P efficiently – including the development of symbiotic relationships that help them access sources of phosphorus beyond the plant’s own range.
