From the supplier: The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) proposed two regulations on Dec 30, 1996, that would allow motorists either to reduce the power of or completely deactivate their vehicle airbags. Revealing...
Dominique Westmoreland has allowed readers a no-holds barred look into his relationship with a "Jane Doe". One would think the recount of a relationship gone wrong due to deception would include lots of bashing and regret. "When I Proposed..." however is free of the fore mentioned. Very plainly and directly Dominique details how he met his fiancé, when they first `hooked up', how he proposed on the `Style' network the signs he ignored and how things took a turn for the worst. He also divulges the mistakes he believes he made as well as 10 ways to expose the women he calls "Jane Doe's" (mediocre women who are in constant pursuit of their self and easily influenced by their circumstances.)

Though the book is small and there are not many words on each page, the content was informative. As a reader I got great insight into why he wrote the book. As a woman I was able to see things from his point of view and understand why he made some of the decisions he did. Some of his rules such as "set the tone" are surely on point and detrimental if you are seeking a serious relationship and reciprocity.Overall, this wasa good read.
