5-0 out of 5 stars Making School Vocationally Relevant
At last, someone has come up with a really useful learning resource to help both teachers and students understand why the curriculum is relevant to the world of work. This is an excellent starting point for any teacher wishing to demonstrate the relevance of their subject area to the labour market. Useful worksheets link skills to subjects as well as a range of career areas.
It is quite old though and does need updating. A similar, but current, up-to-date publication by the same author covering Advanced level studies for sixth form and college students is available from Highflyers Publishing, Stafford, UK www.highflyerspublishing.co.uk This is also excellent, being along the same lines, and is available on CD or in ring binder format. ...
