3/4 of the book are a complete waste of money
the book is very good in the beginning, giving you some good extra information, about when to start preparation, and explaining the us scholar system, additionally it says where you'll be able to work and how much you're expected to earn, let's say a lot of useful information

But 3/4 of the book is just a stupid list of all the colleges + universities! A list with lots more of information can be found on their website www.collegeboard.com !(you can even compare 2 or 3 different schools!). I don't know if there's a better book, but this one isn't really worth buying. It seems to be pretty large, but if you consider just the "written" part, it shrinks to the size of a small booklet..... ... Read more

They've done the research and list many scholorships in an uncluttered format.Scholarships are listed by the geographical location in which the scholarship is to be used.The contact information tends to be out of date, but it is possible to find the current information, albeit with a little work.

A waste of money if you are an undergraduate.
I bought the book hoping it would help me find a way to study in the US because I am not wealthy and can't afford the extortionate fees of universities in the US.The book was more useful for people who are looking to study as a post graduate.As an undergraduate nursing student looking for full funding, it was pretty useless.

A Very Useful Resource
The book was quite useful and I'm so glad I bought it.It featuresdetailed descriptions of fellowships, grants and scholarship for bothundergrad and post-grad studies.I especially like the way it categorisedthe awards, i.e. by field of study, academic level, average number andamount of award, destination instution among others. All these help to makesearching easy and productive. Though I'm not yet succesful at gettingsupport, I have no doubt that I will.
