Excellent reference for beginners or black belts
The book is well organized, representing all the terms, tools, calculations, background and processes needed for a Six Sigma implementation. The way the DMAIC process is described specifically the Project Priority Index, is something that everyone can use to identify Black Belt projects that should be continued or funded.

Don't let the title scare you
The basic premise of the book is that the vast majority of six sigma projects do not need the more advanced statistical tools, but rather need a robust project management method.The title of the book is somewhat controversial, but if you get past that, the content is right on and takes you throught the basic DMAIC process without the DOE, regression, etc.
