The National Park Service, National Park Foundation and Kodak, Inc. are partnering to sponsor the photo contest, which considers amateur shots taken since January 1, 2000. The contest ends March 15, 2001. A winner will be chosen in May 2001. A photo "quilt" of national park pictures, as well as an opportunity to see "postcards" from park visitors' personal albums will also be created on the foundation's Web site, www.nationalparks.org
