ok for the older child
I purchased this book to help my daughter and I get started with potty training.I found it to be geared more to an older toddler, rather than my daughter who is just under 2.I've purchased some other books that seem to be more of what I'm looking for.Since there is some useful information and the activities look like something she'd enjoy when she's a little bit older, I'm planning to hang onto it in the event we're still training when she's closer to 3.

Best Resource I found
This was the only resource I found that truly helped me potty train my 3year-old son... He would fight it and have accidents everyday until we began using the ideas supplied in this book... It was fun and entertaining for us both and made training alot less stressful for us both!!! Buy it!

It Worked!
My daughter is going on 3.She had become uninterested in using the potty.She was back in diapers when I got the book, and I just gave it to her.She was surprised and proud and it worked!We took it with us on bathroom visits and she didn't want diapers anymore.

Super Scisssors Book!
Our four year-old with attention difficulties received this book as a gift from his grandmother this year for Christmas! He was thrilled to cut out the pictures and tape the items together.He was proud of his creations and spent HOURS working with this book over a period of a few days with many different relatives.I hope the authors will create another one!

Clever Cutting!
My son is about to turn 5 years old and he LOVES this book!It is excellent for helping him improve his cutting abilities. Each page holds a new creation that he can cut out (just rip that page out of the book when you want to work on it).For example there is a cat/pig mask (double sided design), curvy snake and finger puppets.There are also a few different animals that you can cut out all of the pieces (legs, arms, head etc) and them tape them all together at the end to make your dog.He is very proud of his creations!

My son loves all of the fun projects and I love that he is getting a lot of experience with scissors. I keep the tape on hand so when he has trouble cutting a corner I can just tape the pieces together and he tries again. We also talk about the best way to cut something (rather than try to turn a tight corner, you can cut in from the other side of the paper).

The book comes with a straight pair of scissors and a pair of jagged scissors.He thinks it is a lot of fun to use the jagged scissors. This book also has a couple projects that they can play with (like a horse head that you can tape to a gift wrapping tube).

Such a simple thing -- Such SUPER FUN!
BUY THIS BOOK!! That's the best advice I can give you if you need to keep young children totally and happily absorbed for hours and days on end!

There are more than a dozen projects here, along with all the materials needed to create them. There's no need to purchase tape or glue -- it's all here. The illustrations are great, the instructions are very, very clear so that children will have no trouble at all working independently.

What a wonderful fun craft book to develop creativity while having a fabulous time! I can't recommend it highly enough.

We bring this book with us when we go out to restaurants. It's easily portable because of the pockets for the scissors. The scissors are kid-friendly but still need a little supervision because they're a little sharp. The book keeps my four-year-old entertained for quite a while. More fun coloring! :)
I always loved Winx Club coloring books when I was younger. :)

In this one, there's also an iron-on you can cut out and iron-on to a white shirt. You can also: figure out a secret code on page 3, connect the dots to see what Bloom's pet looks like on page 6, help Bloom find her way from Earth to Magix on page 7, draw what fairy you would be on page 19, connect the dots to see what the witches want on page 25, and help the Winx g irls get past the witches to school. :)

So much fun! :D

I should have bought two
I purchased it for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves coloring and won't share with her sister.I wish I had bought two.

Wonderful Book
My 7 year old is hooked on the Winx club. Found this book & she LOVES it - does not want to put it down. It tells the story of 1 of the episodes in the 1st season. Can wait for the additional books to be released.
