this is one of the most authentic spainish cookbooks ever!
Having lived in Spain for many years, and having a passion for cooking authentically, I was elated to discover this book. The recipies contained within it's pages are true and unchanged from their Iberian origins. Mostof the Spainish cookbooks I have read seemed to me to be a bitAmericanized. Mr. Emery's book is not. I would highly recommemd it forserious Spainish cooks.......the Tapas.....the seafood...... thepaella.....the lamb.......the cocido.... Wow what a book!! ... Read more
