Useful book.
This is a nice overview of urology.The chapters are a quick read and well put together.This is a good intro to the diagnosis, and treatment of urologic diseases.While this is a good book for people at all levels of medical education, I think it is best for upper level medical students and interns.

Great book
I liked this book a lot.While it is not the last work on most topics, it gives a very nice overview of LOTS of different things in urology.I think it is a very nice book for the urology resident or non-urology doc, as it gives a quick one or two page read on most topics in urology.It is also helpful as a jumping off point for the boards, since it hits on most major topics.I did a lot of making notes on the margins of this book, adding to the overview with more current info as well as crossing out things that I did not like or were a bit out of date.Even given that this is a very nice book that gives a lot of bang for your buck.

Dr Gill has one of the best experience in Lap in the World, so I thinkwill be the same with the book. The pictures in a black and white manner is disapointing, because what you are reading, you can't see. I Knowan Atlas is comming soon, but the readers didn't deserve this kind of pictures.If have options, try another. ... Read more

Great book
This book has the distilled, "must know" information on the vast majority of urologic disease.It's a wonderful book to have as a ready reference to look up quick facts and has high-yield information for in-service examinations.It's a new book I've acquired, and I am very happy with the purchase.

This book is Number One!
Around our office, we like to refer to this book as "The Khabbalah of the Urinary Tract".Urology secrets, indeed, of the most arcane kind.Whether it's diagnosing hypoglycemia to seeing past "herbal tea"obfuscations at a drug test, this book has something for everybody.Infact, the only drawback I found to this book is it's annoying propensity torefer to urine as "wee-wee".
