It's a shame the publisher has not made the table of contents accessible. I would be most interested in knowing the updates to this edition, since the earlier one I have has some solid essays, but I am not going to purchase it or assign it to students on speculation. I realize this is not exactly a review, but I don't know how else to say how important this search feature can be. ... Read more
