giving recognition to Los Alamos
The book covers the contribution to physics made at Los Alamos, during and mostly after World War 2. Major advances were made in the understanding of nuclear phenomena - of condensed nuclear matter. Especially with the development of "Super" - the hydrogen bomb.

Other areas in physics were also explored, to perhaps lesser recognition.

What this book strives to do is give an accurate acknowledgement of the noteworthy physics achievements at LANL. Of course, to the extent that these were declassified and made publicly available.
