Links Prince Albert Raiders Hockey Staff Donn Clark - Director of Hockey Operations clark@raiderhockey.com Donn became solely the Director of Hockey Operations of the Prince Albert Raiders on November 3, 2001. For the previous 12 months he had held duel roles as both the Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations, but found it was time to concentrate all of his efforts on building and improving the organization and named Wade Klippenstein as the team's Head Coach. Donn has signed a three year contract with the Raiders taking him through the 2003-04 season. Donn is in his ninth year in the Western Hockey League, and is 23rd on the all time list of games coached with 407. After serving under Marcel Comeau as an Assistant Coach with the Tri-Cities Americans of the WHL from 1991-93, Donn became a head coach with the Raiders in 1993. He was named the Eastern Conference Coach of the Year in 1994-95. Clark went on to coach the Saskatoon Blades for three seasons before returning to the Raiders at the start of the 2000-2001 campaign.

He showed up the next day and practiced the rest of the week. But on the following Monday, he called in again. "I'm sick," he said. After practicing the rest of the week, he called in the next Monday, repeating, "I'm sick." "What gives?" asked his exasperated coach. "Are you planning to call in sick every Monday?" "No, sir," Messier said. "My sister is in a bad marriage, and every Monday morning before work, I go over to console her. One thing leads to another, and we end up making love all day long." "With your sister?" said the coach. "That's disgusting!" Messier replied, "I told you I'm sick." Theo Fleury was talking to Kevin Hatcher and said, "I don't know what to get my wife for her birthday. She has everything, and besides, she can afford to buy anything she wants, so I'm stumped." Hatcher said, "I have an idea, why don't you make up a certificate saying she can have 60 minutes of great sex, any way she wants it. She'll probably be thrilled." So Fleury did. The next day Hatcher said, "Well? Did you take my suggestion?" "Yes, I did," said Fleury. "Did she like it?" Hatcher asked. "Oh yes! she jumped up, thanked me, kissed me on the forehead and ran out the door, yelling: 'I'll be back in an hour!' "
