Thrashers defenseman Andy Sutton was serving a double-minor for roughing when Tony Amonte 's pass found Markov, who ripped a snap shot to record his third goal of the season at 12:06 of the second and cut the Coyotes' deficit to 2-1. Just seconds later, Nagy worked with Mike Johnson to convert a 2-on-1 break into his fifth goal of the year, knotting the contest and stunning Atlanta. "Danny's goal obviously gave us life and Ladislav's goal gave us momentum. That was the turning point of the game," Coyotes coach Bobby Francis said.
