May was carried off the ice during Saturday's game. He was taken to a hospital and had neurological tests the next day. The team said it does not know when he will play again. May, acquired from Phoenix at last week's trade deadline, joins a growing list of injured Canucks. Also not joining the team for a two-game road trip to Dallas and St. Louis were defenseman Mattias Ohlund (knee surgery) and center Mats Lindgren (sore back). Goaltender Dan Cloutier, sidelined since Feb. 27 with a knee sprain, and forward Artem Chubarov (abdominal sprain) traveled with the team.

Al who? Doug Weight had two goals and an assist as the St. Louis Blues took a 2-1 series lead with a 3-1 victory Monday night, despite the absence of injured captain Al MacInnis.
The Blues once again kept the Canucks' potent first line off the scoreboard, which has predictably turned rumblings that Markus Naslund is a post-season choker into a roar among Vancouver fans. Naslund, who finished second in league scoring during the regular season the past two seasons, has only three points in nine playoff games during the same stretch and has been invisible this post-season in all aspects.
Todd Bertuzzi
, the Canucks' other big gun, had played very well for the team in the 2002 post-season, but has not faired any better this year with just one assist in three games.
