    Richard and Anne Hawes
    Husband:
    Richard Hawes Baptized:
in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, England, 2 November 1606. Died: in Dorchester, MA, before 22 January 1656, the date the power of administration to his estate was granted. Father: Richard Hawes of Great Missenden, England. Mother: unknown. Wife:
    Anne - Born:
in England, 1609. Died: probably in Dorchester, MA, date unknown. Refer to the text below. Parents: unknown. Refer to the text below. Married: in England, date unknown. A nne was not mentioned in the administration of her husband's estate so we might infer her death before 22 January 1656. Also, when the administrators of her husband's estate turned over the administration in 1662 to her son, Obadiah, they recorded that they had taken some care about the estate, binding and placing out the children (we assume from that statement that both parents of those children were dead). Anne's parentage is unknown, but she might have been related to Capt. Roger Clapp
