The poems are formally different, of course, but what about the change in the presence of Donald Justice in the poems? Interviewer: I understand that, but I was thinking about the obvious topographical differencethe simple fact that so many more of them speak in the assumed first person, whatever the character, and evenwell, let's say in the poem "Variations on a Text by Vallejo." Unarchy,
and a varietie of divers thoughts...
from Donald's head.
IF YOU NEVER LOOK PAST THIS HOME PAGE, PLEASE READ AND THINK ON THIS: Proposal: Replace our current justice system, which is based on dishonesty and legalistic word games, with a new system based on common sense and conscience. For the time being, this new system is called unarchy There would be no written laws, just the understanding that you shouldn't mistreat others, or, put another way, don't do to others what you wouldn't want done to yourself. Juries would be selected completely randomly. Juries would be big enough to ensure that they accurately represent the views of society at large. There would would be no judges or lawyers. Accuser and accused would present their own cases. No evidence would be inadmissable. Jurors may ask questions. Simple majority vote determines guilt. Simple majority vote sets the punishment. Thanks. Donald Sauter. What's new(est):
  • "Scraps from the Operas" by Justin Holland. Justin Holland, a black American guitarist, was the most important guitarist of his generation (around 1870). Here are recordings of the "Faust Waltz" and the "Faust March", arranged for two guitars by Justin Holland.
  • Vinyl records . How to fix skips - an almost guaranteed method. If this doesn't win me a Nobel prize, well, I'll settle for a Grammy.

Seated from left: Hon. Tyler C. Lockett; Hon. Kay McFarland, Chief Justice; Hon. Donald L. Allegrucci.
Standing from left: Hon. Robert E. Davis; Hon. Fred N. Six; Hon. Bob Abbott; Hon. Edward Larson. The Supreme Court is the highest court in Kansas. It consists of seven justices, each of whom is selected by the governor. He appoints from a list of three qualified individuals submitted to him by the Supreme court Nominating Commission. After the first year in office, a justice is subject to a retention vote in the next general election. If a majority of electors votes to retain the justice, he or she remains in office for a term of six years. Justices are subject to a similar retention vote at the conclusion of each term. The justice who is senior in terms of continuous service is designated by the Constitution as the chief justice, unless he or she declines or resigns the position. The chief justice exercises the administrative authority of the court. Justices of the Supreme Court ordinarily do not conduct trials. They decide an appealed case by reading the record of the trial and written briefs filed by the parties, and hearing oral arguments of lawyers. They research and review the law involved in the case and then write an opinion which is usually published in bound volumes.
