All its activities are free, open to the public and designed to be accessible to a wide audience. From its inception the Centre has been generously supported by members of the London Greek and Greek Cypriot communities, as well as many other patrons, chief among them Mr Nicholas Egon who has established the Annual Runciman Lecture. The Centre also sponsors a series of Special Lectures on Classical, Cypriot and Modern Greek topics.
