Accounting Society - Gives students the opportunity to meet accounting practitioners of various professional disciplines. Alumni frequently return to campus and share work exeriences. Meetings are open to all accounting majors. For additional information Amnesty International - A non-political organization dedicated to the work of advocacy on behalf of prisoners of conscience. We promote campus networks so that during the academic year students can participate in the organization's work. The purpose of the campus network at Le Moyne is two-fold: to help in the work that the organization carries out and to allow students to learn about the world situation regarding prisoners of conscience. Membership is open to the entire Le Moyne community. For additional information Art Club - The Le Moyne College Art Club provides an opportunity for the student body and faculty to further their creative pursuits, and it leads to the aesthetic enhancement of the entire college. Club activities explore many facets of art, including drawing, painting, and photography, through participation and display. as such, the Art Club serves as a supplement to the Le Moyne College fine arts department and as a creative organization for social interaction and expression. The activities of the club culminate in an annual student art show in the Le Moyne College library during the spring semester.

Representative of Athletics Interests
A "representative of the institution's athletics interests" (athletics representative), or booster, is an individual who is known (or who should have been known) by the institution's staff to:
a) Have participated in or is a member of an agency or organization promoting the institution's intercollegiate athletics program (e.g., a booster club, athletic foundation, university club); b) Have made financial contributions to the athletics department or to an athletics booster organization of that institution; c) Be assisting or to have been requested (by the athletics department staff) to assist in the recruitment of prospects; d) Be assisting or to have assisted in providing benefits to enrolled student-athletes or their families e.g., helping to arrange summer and/or vacation employment); or

    In March-July 2002, the Re-envisioning the Ph.D. project conducted a survey of University of Washington Ph.D. alumni that was designed "to improve professional development opportunities for doctoral students and to build partnerships between UW doctoral students, Ph.D. alumni, and alumni workplaces." Survey materials and results are presented via links from this page. Names and contact information for the survey mailing list were received from the UW Alumni Association. Target survey participants were Ph.D.s residing in the Puget Sound area who graduated from 1995-2001 from UW Ph.D.-granting departments.
