26. Paint Branch High School Alumni Association
of our youth and the memories of our time at Paint Branch high school still reside ThePBHS alumni Association will function as most alumni organizations do.
http://www.pbhs-alumni.com/
Welcome!
Over thirty years have passed since the founding of our school and our fellow classmates have scattered from coast to coast. However, those fun years of our youth and the memories of our time at Paint Branch High School still reside in each of us. It is now time to come back together in a unique and exciting way - the formation of the PBHS Alumni Association!
The PBHS Alumni Association will function as most alumni organizations do. It will maintain records of all alumni for use in future events/reunions, as well as keeping graduates up-to-date and informed on their fellow grads.
In the future we hope to be able to form a scholarship program to provide the school with needed funds for out-of-budget projects and to provide scholarships to deserving seniors as they reach for their goals of furthering their education. It is also hoped that once the records from classes 1969 to present are organized into one database, individual class reunion committees will have a much easier job planning their events.
Primarily the association will be supported by personal donations. Voluntary memberships dues will help to cover the cost of hosting and maintaining this website, twice yearly snail mail and email address verification mailings, and start-up money for various reunion projects. The hoped for scholarship program will be funded by special fundraising events and donations. As the association will run totally by the efforts of volunteers, there will be no administration costs and we are presently filing for both state and federal not-for-profit status.

ORGANIZATIONS HOME NEWS SITE INDEX CONTACT US ABOUT US ACADEMICS ORGANIZATIONS ADMISSIONS PARENTS ALUMNI ATHLETICS [RESERVED] School Organizations and Clubs Leadership training is an important part of the school's program,
with an emphasis on student initiative and responsibility. One of the most exciting things about Cathedral High School is the range of opportunities which it affords its young men so that they may explore new areas of interest outside of the classroom and further develop those areas in which they already have interest and knowledge. The list of extracurricular activities may vary from year to year, depending on the changing patterns and directions of interest in the student body.
Most activities have faculty advisors with both interest and experience. These volunteers form a special group vital in the learning process of our young men
In some areas we either have Teacher Volunteers, Alumni Vlounteers, Parent Volunteers, or Friends of Cathedral Volunteers. Where ever special expertiese is needed.
New this year to the ever growing list of organizations at CHS are: The newly formed Irish Computer Internet Association (The Irish CIA), a Web Design Club, KTSM.Com our CHS NEWS facility, and The Society of Mexican American Engineers and Scientist (MAES). So from Computers to Engineering our students are learning to lead.

Undoubtedly there is an alumnus who can provide that information. Looking for information on careers, sales or services? There is no question that there is a Cathedral alumnus who has ventured there before you, who likely graduated with one of your family members.
For those reasons we are in the process of revamping this portion of the School's site. If there is some function you think would be great for alumni, please let us know. In the meantime, please be patient during the overhaul the end result will be well worth it!
