PENDELUM Methon. The idea is very simple. First you would look at the fullmoon and turn the pendelum that you could pinpoint the moon from the stand. When the pendelum is put in the right position then two persons would sway the
pendelum back and forth, adding sand and water. The protruding part of the pendelum would be oak and is swopped
after being used. The grinding itself is made of the sand and the water.
The first carving or groove in the bedrock, at least so far, was found at Huggreifs county at the island of Gotland in the Baltic Sea for 5292 years ago. That means that we would count the 5292. This is also defined as the Vanayear on the first page of this homepage. Now we count 1998 according to established time counting.
You pick the time You like the best.
There are about 6000 to 10000 stone carvings or grooves in Scandinavia. The possibility that these stone carvings or grooves in the bedrock would just be a coincidence is 1 in 15 millions.

    Walk upon England's mountains green?
And was the Holy Lamb of God
    On England's pleasant pastures seen?
    And did the Countenance Divine
Shine forth upon our clouded hills? And was Jerusalem builded here Among these dark satanic mills? Bring me my bow of burning gold! Bring me my arrows of desire! Bring me my spear! O clouds unfold! Bring me my Chariot of fire! I will not cease from mental fight Nor shall my sword sleep in my hand Till we have built Jerusalem In England's green and pleasant land.

    THE ASTRO MAN
    Sembe, Ancient Persian Time Traveller
Long ago, in an age lost within the misty folds of time before the Flood, a man lived in Persia, near a city which is now called Dezful. There were not many people on the earth at that time compared to ages gone by when civilization had covered every part of the world - only be destroyed again and again by scientists who loved truth more than life. It was very quiet, not much man-made technology to jar the soul and force it to rush through endless artificial stimulation. A sweet peacefulness permeated the heavens and they seemed so friendly and welcoming that it felt as if nobody would ever come to harm while living on the surface of the earth.
The air was so clean and transparent that if one really tried at particular times of the day in certain weather conditions one could see figures of elementals and otherworldly beings moving through it. In bright red glorious sunsets, warmth from living vibrant elemental forces radiated into the bodies of people by blending with the horizontal slant of the sun's ray that opens the lower chakras allowing them to express emotional rapport with the human race. People saw who their guardians were and who looked after nature. They offered them the fruits of their labours in gratitude for bringing rain and healthy crops.
The man was called Sembe. He found great pleasure at night sitting on a tower in watching the blaze of glittering stars spread out before his eyes. He had very deep thoughts. It is the invisible of the daytime now made visible for me to discover what the difference is between darkness and light - he philosophized. Where do we fit in amongst the life forms that are out there? He spent ages wondering if we'd become as advanced as those that lived on other worlds. He knew that people in his time were primitive compared to those in the occasional space vehicles that passed by but he never gave up hope that some on earth could learn their ability to fly, if they would share it.

    SEMBE ANCIENT TIME TRAVELLER
    by Nicola Molloy
    Page 3
Sembe saw himself as part of a huge plan of unfolding the inner parts of his soul, until they lived and breathed in his body and experienced all the physical sensations around him, focusing their purpose in the universe out through his consciousness. They took human form and then took expression in other places. He thought that if he could develop links to the highest parts of himself and build connections to the physical body, they could operate through him by his thoughts.
All he had to do next was put all the wavering, shape shifting temporarary aspects of his needs and desires into order. He hoped once they were under the control of his will, that he would be able to see through all the eyes he had on every level to grasp the ability to see ahead clearly and follow his Friend to union with the Creator. The One from Eternity had beckoned him onwards toward Paradise, in the highest level of the spiritual universal space, when He showed him a glimpse of it at the top of the sun's magnetic field opening the door to show him a World within. Sembe felt good knowing the higher levels of the spiritual worlds were so wonderful, it made him want to reach out and be conscious of them.
Sembe was determined to conquer himself and the restless soul that moved aimlessly in the inner world of his dreams ever searching for happiness. After his spiritual experience in the sun's magnetic field in interplanetary space he doubled his determination for control over his emotions. He already had control over his mind and now he had another goal. He at first denyed his intense feelings that always threatened to engulf him when he was young, now he saw them as a tidal wave of power that reached to the Creator.

    Ancient Time
DURING the Paleocene period (70 million years BC), Indonesia did not yet exist. Nor did it exist during the Eurocene period (30 million BC), the Oligacene period (25 million BC), and Miocene period (12 million BC). It is believed that Indonesia must have existed and was linked with the present Asian mainland, during the Pleitocene period (4 million BC). This period was also closely related to the first appearance of the Homonids. It was in this period that the "Java Man" must have inhabited that part of the world now called Indonesia. "Java Man", named Pithecanthropus erectus by Eugene Dubois, who found fossilized remains on the island of Java, must have been the first inhabitant of Indonesia. It was during the melting of ice sheets north of Europe and America that resulted in the emergence of islands, due to the rise of the sea, that the Indonesian archipelago emerged. It was also in this period (3000-500BC), that Indonesia was inhabited by Sub-Mongoloid migrants from Asia who later inter-married with the indigenous population of the archipelago. A Iater mixture was brought about by Indo-Aryan migrants from the South Asian subcontinent of India (1000 BC).

The Ancient Time The origins of the first people to inhabit the island, which was during the last years of the Neolithic Period (4000-3000 B.C.), is unknown. The traces of buildings, walls and a road from this time period prove that life existed and continued to do so during the Early Hellenic era (3000-2000 B.C.). In the Pre-Mycenaean years (2000-1500 B.C.) some of the Population migrated to the southern part of the island. The buildings and walls that were ex caxvated showed the life-style of this period had remained primitive. During the Mycenaean period (1500-1100 B.C.) Ithaca rised to the highest level of its ancient history. The island became the capital of the Cephalonians states, which included the surrounding islands, and the opposite lands, and was refered to as one of the most powerful states of that time. The lthacans were characterized as great navigators and explorers with daring expeditions reaching further than the Mediterenean Sea. The famous epic poems of Homer, the Iliad (1193 -1184 B.C.), and the Odyssey (1184-1174 B.C.) relate to this period depicting the political, cultural, and social fife on the island. Soon after Ulysses' reign ended, the state's power diminished, and it became subject to the

ANCIENT CIVILIZATIONS (500 B.C. to 500 A.D.) TIME PERIOD SUMMARY The Greeks and the Romans dominated the ancient period of history in Western Europe. During this time the political climate of Greece was established by the city-states of Athens and Sparta. The Spartans ran a strict totalitarian government, which stood in sharp contrast with the democratic philosophy of Athens. These city-states fought among themselves. Subsequently, Alexander the Great conquered much of the known world. The Romans came after the Greeks, developing their own political ideals. They instituted a representative form of government. This idea was a bicameral house, with the Senate and the Tribal Assembly. After the Punic Wars, Rome had gained so much land that it could no longer carry out its democratic ideals. Julius Caesar rose to power shortly afterwards and he turned the government into a dictatorship to try and manage Rome's expanding empire. As Rome began to deviate from its democratic and moral ideals, it fell. The idea of involving the people in their government started in this era.

"Therefore, even the lover of myth is in a sense a philosopher; for myth is composed of wonders."
    Aristotle
In common parlance, a myth is a fiction something which is untrue. Scholars of mythology define myth differently: a myth is a special kind of story which tries to interpret some aspect of the world around us. Robert W. Brockway, in his book Myth from the Ice Age to Mickey Mouse concisely summarizes a number of different scholarly ideas about the meaning of myth as follows: A collective definition of myth composed of many theories might be framed by the following paraphrase: Myths are stories, usually, about gods and other supernatural beings (Frye). They are often stories of origins, how the world and everything in it came to be in illo tempore The terms legend and folktale are sometimes used interchangeably with myth. Technically, however, these are not the same. How should we distinguish them? Donna Rosenberg, in her book
