AC is the umbrella organization for all of the Asian American Student Organizations at SMU. Uniting Asian American Organizations, strengthening their leadership on campus, AC hosts the annual Asian American Retreat, Parents Dinner, as well as the Asian American Gala. East Asian Students Association (EASA) The East Asian Student Association brings students together whose heritage lies all over East Asia. This array of cultures is presented at their annual East Asian Arts and Dance Festival in the fall. Hindu Students Association (HSO) The Hindu Student Organization is a religious based organization celebrating Hinduism on SMU’s campus. HSO has an annual Holi Festival that will really color your world! Indian Student Association (ISA) The Indian Student Association looks to unite all students from the Indian Subcontinent through their meetings and events. Every year, the sights and sounds of the region come to life at their Diwali Festival! Iranian Student Academic and Cultural
Organization
(ISACO) At SMU, the Iranian students are united in sharing culture in ISACO. Poetry readings, movie nights, and cultural shows showcase Iran’s best and brightest.
