Rape Of Nanjing Memorial
In the first of a series of events aimed to remember and increase awareness of the Rape of Nanjing, we, in collaboration with Pierson College, are hosting the current head of NYU's film program, Oscar-nominated Christine Choy! Her past films include "In the Name of the Emperor" , "Who Killed Vincent Chin?", "Homes Apart: Two Koreas", and "The Shot Heard Around the World." At 4 PM we'll be holding a screening of "In the Name of the Emperor" in WLH 119, and a talk with Christine Choy afterwards at 5 PM. This event is guaranteed to be thought-provoking and interesting.
