MISSOURI PROGRAM PERFORMANCE, EVALUATION REPORTING SYSTEM MONTHLY STATISTICAL REPORTS DIRECTIONS Introduction The Monthly Statistical Report collects quantitative data about extension activities. Monthly contact and time data are entered by each staff member using the Monthly Statistical Report (MSR) application All staff (campus and off-campus specialists, educational assistants and administrators), whose extension appointment is greater than or equal to 25 percent, are required to report 100 percent of their extension appointment time. Total time and contacts should be reported for all extension activities, including leave and holidays. Staff are encouraged to report on a monthly basis. Reporting the sum of hours and contacts for the month will reduce the time required for reporting. Data will be stored in a central database. Reports of contact information at the county, region and state levels will be available to all staff via the World Wide Web. Personnel reports, with password protection, will be available to UO/E regional directors and administration. Requests for special reports may be sent to Cindy Martin, Coordinator, Extension Information Systems.
