The International Association of Programs for Agricultural Leadership (IAPAL) is a consortium of leadership programs in the USA and several other countries. Since Michigan pioneered the first statewide agricultural leadership program in 1965, thirty States of the USA, and four other countries have established similar programs, with more on the way.
