    YOGA ON HIGH
    Columbus Ohio
Yoga on High offers a yearlong teacher training certification program. Upon completion of the coursework students will also be eligible for registration with the Yoga Alliance. The program has two tracks, ashtanga and hatha. The hatha program certifies you to teach New Beginners and Level 1 students. The ashtanga program certifies you to teach New Beginners and the ashtanga primary series. Much of the fundamental course work offered is shared by both systems. We have found that drawing from these two systems, as well as our own study with many different teachers, infuses our teaching with respect for a variety of yoga styles. It also recognizes individual approaches to teaching in a way that our students value. The program includes a year of weekly training classes (3 hours each Monday morning), 24 hours of yoga philosophy, weekly asana classes, 6 months of assisting in class, private meetings and more.
All three directors of Yoga on High-Martha Marcom, Marcia Miller, and Linda Oshins-teach the teacher training classes. They are experienced, certified teachers who offer you the benefits of their decades of practice and study. Yoga on High's guest faculty also includes two world-renowned teachers-Rodney Yee for the hatha track and Tim Miller for the ashtanga track-as well as talented local teachers Claudia Cummins and Craige Roberts.
