"Preserving culture, one generation at a time"
"Artistic ways of knowing the worldfrom poetry and literature to music and dance to the visual artsenable human beings to find meaning and purpose. The arts represent humanity's irrepressible search for significance and worth through the power of the imagination. Because imagination and the arts have moral, intellectual, social, and aesthetic dimensions, the arts are central to a liberal education in a democratic society."
