The internship program was begun in the summer of 1981. During the past two years, more than 300 students per year have been placed in internships for at least three-month periods in more than 30 countries. Though not a School requirement, we are placing U.S. students overseas and non-U.S. students in U.S. internships. Approximately 60 percent of the full-time internship assignments in the past three years have been outside of the United States. The search for overseas internships is a continuous and expensive process. David Martin is managing this project. Overseas Internships are expanding beyond the approximately 150 per year that the School has developed to date.
