The information found on this Website corresponds to the 1998 - 2000 Graduate Catalog. The catalog is available in print form at the Graduate School The University of Texas at El Paso is pleased to make a variety of teacher certification and endorsement programs available to the student who is not pursuing a graduate degree. The College of Education provides support for students seeking certification and endorsements through the Certification Office, located on the 4 th floor of the College of Education building. Interested students who have already completed a bachelor's degree program are encouraged to contact them at (915) 747-7582. Admission Applicants for admission into certification and endorsement programs must submit the completed Application for Post-Baccalaureate Admission to the Office of Graduate Student Services (201 Administration Building) along with:
  • application or processing fee ($15 U.S. citizens, $65 international applicants)
  • one official copy of transcripts of all upper-division undergraduate and any graduate-level work (other than UTEP)
  • proof of a 2.5 or higher bachelor's degree GPA
