    The National Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center supports the implementation of the early childhood provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Our mission is to strengthen service systems to ensure that children with disabilities (birth through five) and their families receive and benefit from high quality, culturally appropriate, and family-centered supports and services. Parent to Parent of Vermont ~ Parent-to-Parent of Vermont is an organization of parents in the state offering support and information to parents of children diagnosed as having a disability or special health care need. The New England HIV Education Consortium (NEHEC), a HRSA minority AIDS initiative program, is a training and education program serving all six states in the New England region. The principal goal of NEHEC is to address the HIV-related training, educational, and support needs of non-clinical support service providers as they provide state-of-the-art, quality and compassionate care to individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Innovative training formats emphasize the needs of minority providers, providers serving racial/ethnic/linguistic minorities and communities of color, and those working in settings funded by the Ryan White CARE Act.
