Several of the ancients ascribe to him the in- Ii •ntion of the dithyramb and of dithyrambic poetry; it is w ‘obable, however, that his real service was confined to the ft ‘ganization of that verse, and the conversion of it from a mere c~ •unken song, used in the Dionysiac revels, to a measured p itistrophic hymn, sung by a trained body of performers. The h ime Cycleus given to his father indicates the connexion of the li n with the “cyclic” or circular chorus which was the origin h~ tragedy. Divine to Dodgson Divine . Raphael, the painter, was called Il Divino El Divino Divine John the ), supposed to be John the evangelist. One great objection is this: In the Fourth Gospel the author does not name himself; in the Revelation he does so several times. Another objection is that the vocabulary and swing of sentences in the Greek of the two books are very different. This would be felt especially if a person were to read them both in one and the same day. Divine Doctor The Divine Emblems , the chief work of Francis Quarles, once immensely popular. 86. RENESSANSSIKIRJANDUS ESINDAJAD(Laidi)
muutus kirjanduses juhtivaks Ferrara hertsogite d’Estede õukond, kust pärinebItaalia XVI sajandi suurim luuletaja Lodovico Ariosto (1474 – 1533).
http://www.miksike.ee/lisakogud/kirjandus/renessanssikir.htm
RENESSANSSIKIRJANDUS ESINDAJAD Keskaegse mõtteviisi ja elutunde lõppu kuulutav liikumine on tuntud renessansi nime all, algas XIV sajandil Põhja-Itaalias.
