William Jefferson Clinton USAs 42 president

In 1993 Clinton obtained narrow Congressional approval of legislation designed to reduce the federal government's continuing large budget deficits through a combination of increased taxes on the wealthy and modest cuts in government programs. Later that year he won Congressional approval of the North American Free Trade Agreement, which created a free-trade zone between the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Clinton's major foreign-policy ventures included a successful effort in September-October 1994 to reinstate Haitian president Jean-Bertrand Aristide, who had been ousted by the military in 1991, and a commitment of U.S. forces to a peacekeeping initiative in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bill Clinton was born William Jefferson Blythe III on August 19, 1946. He was named after his father, William Jefferson Blythe II, who had been killed in a car accident three months before his son was born.

Bill Clinton's was brought up by his mother and grandparents who taught their young grandson that everyone was created equal and that people should not be treated differently because of the colour of their skin.

This was a lesson Bill Clinton never forgot and which dictated many of his policies as a politician and leader.

In 1950, Bill's mother married an car salesman named Roger Clinton. In 1956, Bill had his last name legally changed from Blythe to Clinton.
... In November 2000, Hillary Clinton, who has always taken a prominent role in US politics, were elected Senator for the state of New York.

President Clinton was born William Jefferson Blythe III on August 19, 1946 in Hope, Arkansas. Three months before his birth, his father was killed in a car accident, forcing his mother to move to Louisiana to find work. While her mother attended nursing school in New Orleans, President Clinton went to live with his grandparents, who raised him until his mother's return four years later. Virginia, President Clinton's mother, remarried in 1950 to Roger Clinton, an auto salesman. Roger raised William as his own, and also had a child with Virginia in 1956. A few years after Roger Jr. was born, William changed his surname to Clinton on his own accord, in deference to his step-father's support. During his senior year of high school, William was afforded the opportunity to travel to Washington to meet the president as a member of a youth leadership conference during the Kennedy Administration. An accomplished saxophonist, he demonstrated his skills by winning the first chair in the Arkansas state band's saxophone section. Inspired by his interest in politics, William chose to attend Georgetown University for his undergraduate education, graduating with a degree in International Affairs in 1968. During that time, he interned for Senator J. William Fulbright, and was awarded a Rhodes Scholarship. At Oxford, Mr. Clinton played fullback on the Rugby Club and protested the American involvement in Vietnam.

A scroll bearing testimony to Clinton's membership of the Ciao Cassidy is displayed for all to see in the Oval Office. Bill Clinton was born on 19 August 1946 in the town of Hope, Arkansas, making him the first president to be born after the Second World War. After attending Georgetown University, Clinton won a Rhodes scholarship to Oxford (1968-70) from where he progressed to Yale Law School. He was appointed Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas in 1974 at the age of 28, but after serving only two years he made the crucial move into full-time politics, with his election as Attorney General of Arkansas, progressing to the governorship in 1978. With the exception of a two year gap (1980-82) Bill Clinton was governor of Arkansas from 1978 up to his election as president of the United States.

  • It was during the Bush administration that the Cold War came to an end. In December of 1988, Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev announced the end to the Cold War, began reform in his own country, and removed Soviet troops from Eastern Europe, allowing the countries there to run their own governments. On August 2, 1990 Iraqui troops invaded Kuwait in the Persian Gulf. Kuwait held nearly ten percent of the world’s oil reserves, and Iraq’s president Saddam Hussein wanted to have them. Fearing that Iraq might also attempt to invade Saudi Arabia, thereby gaining control of almost half the world’s oil, President Bush began sending U.S. troops to boost Saudi Arabia’s defense only 6 days after the invasion. In November of 1990, the United Nations Security Council set a January 15, 1991 deadline for Iraqui troop withdrawl from Kuwait. Bush waited seven hours after the deadline for Iraq to withdraw. But when Iraq made no indication of withdrawl, Bush waged war. Six weeks later, troops from the United States and other allied nations overwhelmed the Iraqi army and freed Kuwait. As a result of relaxed federal regulations of the savings and loan industry during President Ronald Reagan ’s term, loan officers often made risky loans. The same individuals also made large campaign contributions to certain senators to avoid federal bank examinations. By 1989 hundreds of billions of dollars had disappeared from government-insured deposits, but little was done since many legislators had taken advantage of these easy campaign contributions.

Bill Clinton was the 42nd President of the United States for two consecutive terms (1993-2001) and did a damn good job. There was also a certain indiscretion with a White House intern that made headlines for a little while. overall rating Bill Clinton is a very complex individual who has often been described by friends and foes as the smartest, most natural politician they have ever met. Aside from the moral questions involving the Monica Lewinsky fiasco, Bill Clinton is smart, charming and clever beyond compare.

(no extra input was given in this reading direct from my interpretation program, the commentary introducing it simply points out the features to notice)
What points this chart out as being truly exceptional is the combination of conjunctions at two vital points, the ascendant or self where mars and venus combine with neptune almost exactly on the ascendant making the subject a very inspired and inspiring personality with - perhaps surprisingly - marked powers of spiritual leadership and psychic gifts.
He is also marked out as capable of appreciating deep philosophy, but then how many presidents periodically re-read Marcus Aurelius? It is worth noting that this enlightened Roman emperor had his greatest problems with wars on the fringes of the empire. Bosnia again?
The other and even more significant placement is mercury conjunct pluto exactly on the 11th house of friendships, associations, hopes and wishes which can be translated into the ideals of politics. Here is a born reformer.

President William Jefferson Clinton
Served 1993-1997, 1997-2001 William Jefferson Clinton was born William Jefferson Blythe IV on August 19, 1946, in Hope, Arkansas, three months after his father died in a traffic accident. When he was four years old, his mother wed Roger Clinton, of Hot Springs, Arkansas. In high school, he took the family name. Clinton excelled as a student and as a saxophone player and once considered becoming a professional musician. As a delegate to Boys Nation while in high school, he met President John Kennedy in the White House Rose Garden. The encounter led him to enter a life of public service. Clinton graduated from Georgetown University and in 1968 won a Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford University. He received a law degree from Yale University in 1973 and returned to Arkansas to entered politics. In 1973, Clinton was defeated in his campaign for Congress in Arkansas's Third District. In 1974, he married Hillary Rodham, a graduate of Wellesley College and Yale Law School. In 1976, Clinton was elected Arkansas Attorney General. In 1978, he was elected governor. In 1980, Chelsea, the Clintons' only child, was born. In 1982, Clinton lost a bid for a second term as governor, but won in 1986 and 1990, serving until 1992, when he defeated incumbent George Bush and third party candidate Ross Perot in the Presidential race. Clinton and his running mate, Tennessee's Senator Albert Gore Jr., then 44, represented a new generation in American political leadership. For the first time in 12 years both the White House and Congress were held by the same party. Despite Democratic Party control of the House, the Senate, and the White House, Clinton failed in his second year to get approval of a huge program of health care reform. Clinton then shifted emphasis, declaring "the era of big government is over." Instead of sweeping national change, he sought legislation to upgrade education, to protect jobs of parents who must care for sick children, to restrict handgun sales, and to strengthen environmental rules.
