RABY, Connie Sue (1962-1978) Warren County Senior High School sophomore Connie Sue Raby , 15, died Friday night in an automobile accident on Highway 8 east of McMinnville. A native of Warren County, she was a daughter of William Curtis and Peggy Glenn Raby of Route 3, McMinnville. Last rites were yesterday, April 2, at 4 p.m. at High's chapel. Julian Goodpaster was the officiant, and internment took place in Mt. View Cemetery. Besides her parents, she is survived by: a sister, Kimberline Raby; paternal grand- mother, Mrs. Leanora Raby; and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Virginia Glenn, all of McMinnville. Warren County News, McMinnville, TN. April 3, 1978, p. 3.

RACKLEY, Bill (circa 1921-1998) Smithville resident Bill Rackley , 77, died Dec. 1 at Baptist Hospital in Nashville. A farmer, he was the son of the late Colonel Bob and Cora Lee Hix Rackley, and was preceded in death by two sons, Charles Edward and Johnny Wayne Rackley; two brothers, Thomas Phillip and Junior Rackley; and three sisters, Pearlie and Elizabeth Rackley and Corrine Cherry. Services were held Dec. 3 at Walker Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Clayborn officiating. Burial followed at Whorton Springs Cemetery. Walker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Southern Standard, McMinnville, TN. 9 Dec 1998.
