VERSION 1.0 / April 17, 1995
Compiled by Deana M. Holmes (mirele@xmission.com)
Compilation (c) 1995 by Deana M. Holmes. The lawyers for Scientology went positively ballistic after this was posted. On February 27, Helena Kobrin sent a letter to Judge Whyte saying that Dennis was in violation of the temporary restraining order. Kobrin's letter follows. Dennis wrote a letter apologizing to the judge for the incident, and admitting that the evidence may have been outside of the judge's amended TRO. A copy of this letter was sent to CoS attorney Thomas Small, and near as can be made out, was passed to "Vera Wallace" in the Office of Special Affairs, the organization within the Church of Scientology that has been attempting to "handle" Dennis and the Net. "Vera" posted the following (I have censored out Dennis' addresses): Dennis vehemently denied sending the letter to anyone besides the judge and Thomas Small.

Gene Ingram slanders me to my publisher today, 8 May 95 at 4:30 CST (CST = UTC-6)! I got a call a few moments ago from my publisher in Texas (Austin Code Works) informing me that a man identifying himself as Gene Ingram had some questions about my relationship to the NSA, Apple, Computer, The NuPrometheus League, and my finances at ACW. He spoke for ten minutes, did not identify his employer (duh!), and made statements like: "Grady is the president of ACW, isn't he?" [No] "Did you know the FBI investigated Grady for his involvement with the NuPrometheus League [a group claiming responsibility for stealing and distributing Apple Computer Macintosh ROM code in June, 1989]." "The FBI knew he did it because Grady was the only one fired [a provable lie!] from Apple in 1989." He also said I had been investigated for distributing the NSA employee's security handbook. [Probably true; the criminal cult still thinks this is a *negative* thing. Hah!] Ingram then begin to pump for financial information, such as "Does he make more than $10,000 in royalties [per annum, presumably] from MobyCrypto? Moby Lexicons? No? How about $5,000?"

Revolt In The Stars
by L. Ron Hubbard
Summarised by Grady Ward
It is the OTIII mythology detailed and expanded. Maybe there are thousands of scientologists who believe the following literally . Since it expands considerably on the OTIII Xenu cycle, one can only imagine what privileged few past OTVIII get to look at this Maybe no one. What follows is a synopsis of the 140 page ms We learn about the Galactic Emperor Xenu, Supreme Ruler of the Loyal Officers of the Galactic Confederation, his renegades and allies Master Lord Chu, Executive President of the Galactic Interplanetary Bank, Minister of Police, Chi; Sty the psychiatrist and their antagonists, Loyal Officer Mish, and the heroic Rawl (who we suspect was intended to be Hubbard) and his co-freedom fighters Lady Min, consort to Xenu, and her press agent Ap. Contemporary scientists discover a strange capsule buried at sea. While the President of the United States and his Top Scientist accidentally activate the "dot groups" on two plates embedded in the capsule. A voice from the plate begins: "Mark 92 Vocotranslator. All sound and information is now coming to you by thought concept and visual feedback so that you hear as though spoken in your own language."

The guy above came to set up a stereo. The protesters laughed at him because he had initially forgotten the extension cord, and then had problems to set up the music. The purpose of the music was of course to prevent the Scientologists from hearing us. The foto above is somewhat misleading:

has her left arm been cut off.

In the USA, RTC has sued and carries a process against a certain Grady Ward , with allegations that he violates the American equivalent to the law on protection of trade secrets. RTC has made its case against Grady Ward relevant in the abovementioned cases through its file attachement 9 in case T 7-866-96. RTC's case against Grady Ward stands or falls with the question whether the NOTs have been made public or not. The material whose reproduction and/or distribution through me constitutes the core and ground of all the above cases, appears in file attachement 37 in case T 7-866-96. The greatest part of this material, namely (my) NOTs, are reproduced in the primary court's file with protocol number ADM 1.14.6/96. Grady Ward has received a copy of the latter document and filed it in the American court as evidence of the fact that the NOTs have been publicized. The copy that Grady Ward handed in to the court is bound with security string and is attested by the registrar of the administrative section of the primary court of Stockholm. RTC and its representatives live perhaps in the naive belief that the RTC's counterparts cannot communicate with each-other, and that the RTC can both eat the cake and have it by presenting mutually contradicting claims in different cases. Fortunately this is not accurate, and the RTC has to choose between giving up its suit against Grady Ward or giving up its suit against me.

The 1930 census has Soundex Cards for only 12 of the states and there is no national index. It will take researchers a long time to find the name they are looking for without an index or Soundex Card to let them know what page number they need. Because of this, the Census Project is initiating a brief transcription of selected 1930 columns. These initial incomplete transcriptions are only temporary files to get the pertinent information made available sooner. Later we intend to go back and fill in the remaining columns to make full-transcriptions since that is the Census Project's ultimate goal. The 1930 Selected Columns will include the following fields:

Chicago-style pub hopping in Arlington Heights April, 1998 by Brian Gustafson What is a Chicago style, Chicago theme brewpub, complete with lots of Chicago memorabilia and even beers named after famous Chicago landmarks and events, doing in Arlington Heights? The answer is that it is doing very well. O'Grady's, located just east of the intersection of Golf and Arlington Heights Roads, gives west and northwest suburban customers a taste of vintage Windy City atmosphere. Walking through the front door is like being transported back in time. A huge floor to ceiling mural dominates the wall opposite the door. It portrays a view of Lasalle Street as it might have looked around the turn of the century, with a couple of exceptions. There is an O'Grady's Pub in the mural that did not actually exist at that location, and proprietors Art O'Grady and his sons Dan and David are also painted into the scene as pedestrians along the sidewalk. As you continue, you might think that you stepped into a Chicago speakeasy in 1920. The restaurant area is elegantly appointed in rich mahogany woods and red carpets and wall coverings. The ceiling fixtures are reminiscent of old brass gas lamps. Beautiful antiques are in abundance. Thick wood panels inlaid with leaded glass separate the rooms. And there is even an old upright piano in the corner. The bar is intimate, seating only 39 patrons. The dining room seats 180. Beyond the plush dining room are two banquet/meeting rooms each capable of easily seating 40 or 100 collectively in the same type of warm splendor as the dining area. The walls of these two rooms are lined with old photographs and prints of famous Chicago landmarks, events and people that were acquired from the Chicago Historical Society. There is a beer garden that is open in warmer weather that seats another 50 customers.
