I loved hearing "Say My Name" on the radio all year, over and over, never knowing or even wondering whose name I was supposed to say, just getting sucked up in the mantra flow of those voices—so feminine, so slippery, so seductive, only a fool would dare name them and only a robot wouldn't try anyway. Say my name, say my name. You're acting kind of shady, ain't calling me baby. But my name ain't baby, it's Janet, Miss Jackson if you're nasty. I'm sorry Ms. Jackson, I am for real, but Ms. Jackson, you've got a lovely baby mama. Say my name, say my name. What's your name? Who's your daddy? Is he rich like me? Have you seen you're mother, baby, standing in the shadow? What's your mama's name, child? What Destiny's Child is this? A hot Destiny's Child in the city? A sweet Destiny's Child o' mine? Who could hang a name on you? Say my name, say my name. Rob Sheffield

Reviewer: Sunny Lynn Worel, Biomedical Librarian, University of Minnesota Biomedical Library, sunny@tc.umn.edu Table of Contents: A. General Immunology B. Allergic Disorders C. Sarcoidosis D. Melanocytes in Autoimmune Disorders and Melanoma Subject Index 313 Immunology of the Skin and the Eye is based upon the idea that each organ creates a unique sphere of immunological interest, which works with the central immune system. Several regional immune responses have been documented in the gastrointestinal tract, the skin, the eye, and the brain. This book centers on the specialized immune responses of the skin (SALT) and the eye (ACAID). Sections of the book discuss general immunology, allergic disorders, sarcoidosis, and autoimmune responses. There are several reasons to examine the immune systems centering on the eye and skin together. Chapters concerning IgE, leukocyte migration, and eosinophils address both organ systems. However, there are enough significant differences of the immunology of the skin and the eye that most of the chapters fall to discussing one organ or the other. There are other books discussing either immune system, but this is the only book, which attempts to address both.

Know Your Rights Muslim Divorce Azah* fell in love with her husband, Rashid* when she was in college. He courted her and after two years, they got married. Azah is Chinese by ethnic origin, and she converted to Islam. After a few years into their marriage, Azah gave birth to a son. Although they were both happy initially, Rashid became more inattentive to the family after some time. He frequently scolded her if the baby was crying and began to come home late after work. Azah also works in the same place as her husband, although they are in different shifts. One afternoon, she did not feel well and returned home early from work. She heard odd sounds coming from her bedroom. Worried that her son or Rashid might be ill, she rushed upstairs to check. To her shock and disbelief, she caught Rashid in bed with another woman. She then packed her things and went to her mother's house with her son. When Rashid contacted her, he told her that he wants to marry the woman as a second wife. Azah still loved him. But after considering the idea of polygamy in her marriage with Rashid, Azah decided that she could not accept it as part of her life. She spoke to Rashid about her feelings and tried to convince him not to do so. But Rashid is firm on his decision. He told her that he is resolute in having a second wife whether she agrees to it or not. In that case, she asked him for a divorce, but he refused.

Soy Formula Testimonies
My daughter drank soy milk (Isomil) when an infant due to intolerance of other infant formula. She is 25 now and has a goiter and low normal thyroid. I would like to know if there is a class action lawsuit concerning this issue, There should be because as parents of babies we have pretty much had to trust doctors and the companies responsible for the dangerous products we have used unknowingly. Because of my daughter's rapid weight gain and continue tiredness, this prompted me to ask questions. I was referred to an endocrinologists who tested further. My daughter was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroidits. I couldn't imagine why she could get this and he said it could be hereditary but no one in my family had this condition. Not until I read this did I know about the effects of soy. My daughter was on soy based formula for the first year of her life due lactose intolerance. This is very upsetting to me. Is there any link between soy baby formula and the development of ADD in children? I fed my son soy formula when he was a baby. He is now 14 and has been on Ritalin for a year. He was also diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroid disease 3-4 years ago. I am again thanking you for your articles.

Scars form as part of the skin's healing process whenever multiple layers of skin are injured. The injury may be the result of an accident, surgery, a burn or even severe acne. In the past, cryosurgery (freezing), excision, steroid injections and the use of topical creams and ointments were the standard of care for the treatment of scars and moles. The results of these treatments range from fair to minimal, with recurrences commonly seen after many of these treatment options. New Laser Technology Today, several new laser techniques are available to treat a wide variety of scars and

Clinical cosmetology is the beginning of a new specialty in aesthetics. It combines make-up artistry and skin care with medicine. This unique concept offers patients suffering from temporary or permanent physical disfigurements total care. Camouflage therapy is a specialty that aids persons with disfigurements to help themselves. In therapy, patients solve some of the major problems associated with their disfigurement that prevents them from leading a happy, normal productive life. A well trained Camouflage Therapist does more than merely teach the patient how to apply corrective make-up. These professionals are taught to work with patients to bring out their inner strength and help them to see themselves in a fresh new way. The goal of the therapy is to help patients to view the physical manifestations of their scars in their proper perspective and in proportion to their entire physical being. Camouflage Therapists use their skills in such a way that they empower patients by giving them the confidence necessary to perform the make-up techniques themselves.

Intradermal Pigmentation Intradermal pigmentation is a revolutionary method of applying micro-insertions of natural pigments into the dermal layer of the skin. This state of the art technique is medically proven to be completely safe. Intradermal pigmentation is used for a variety of permanent cosmetic enhancements such as permanent eyebrows, eyeliner and lip liner/colour. Other permanent cosmetic procedures include vitilago, stretchmark and scar camouflage, areola restoration, hairline enhancement and more. Lipliner/Colour The intradermal pigmentation procedure creates beautiful lips. It can appear to change the size and shape of the lips as well as the colour. This procedure helps prevent lipstick from bleeding into the surrounding skin. A soft pink, similar to the lip colour of a newborn baby, is popular for those wanting a natural look. A more dramatic colour can be achieved if desired. Eyebrows Eyebrows that are naturally too light, too thin, sparse or nonexistent can be beautifully
enhanced and improved with micropigmentation. The intradermal pigmentation procedure for eyebrows can mimic the appearance of hair in the brow line. Validity of Dead Sea Products and their health benefits: Preview: A study involving a European occupational therapist suffering from psoriasis who had obtained compensation from her health insurance in order to undergo therapy at the Dead Sea has lead to great interest in health funds in Denmark, Germany and other European Countries. This has resulted in their subsidizing treatment from the Dead Sea for people suffering from both Psoriasis and other skin conditions. If Health Insurance companies can be considering coverage of treatment at the Dead Sea for relief and treatment of skin disorders, then it seems reasonable to advocate usage of products manufactured from the Mud and minerals of the Dead Sea. Healthy skin and physical and mental well being is dependent on the correct sodium and potassium or fluid balance in the body. This is regulated by the Adrenal gland, which in turn affect healthy function of the kidneys. The kidneys are responsible for controlling 28 chemicals in the body. An imbalance of these chemicals or electrolytes can result in certain skin or other symptoms and over an extended period of time results in various illnesses. Assisting to replace or remove electrolytes enables the body to maintain a good fluid balance thereby improving a feeling of relaxation, health and well being. Below is a list of the therapeutic benefits of the Dead Sea products together with the conditions or symptoms they alleviate.
