To: blackj@bigmagic.com Try this one! Too freaky is right!! 2% or 98% This is strange...can you figure it out? Are you the 2% or 98% of the population? Follow the instructions! NO PEEKING AHEAD! * Do the following exercise, guaranteed to raise an eyebrow. * There's no trick or surprise. * Just follow these instructions, and answer the questions one at a time and as quickly as you can! * Again, as quickly as you can but don't advance until you've done each of them...really. * Now, scroll down (but not too fast, you might miss something). Think of a number from 1 to 10 Multiply that number by 9 If the number is a 2-digit number, add the digits together Now subtract 5 Determine which letter in the alphabet corresponds to the number you ended up with(example: 1=a, 2=b, 3=c, etc.) Think of a country that starts with that letter Remember the last letter of the name of that country Think of the name of an animal that starts with that letter Remember the last letter in the name of that animal Think of the name of a fruit that starts with that letter Are you thinking of a Kangaroo in Denmark eating an Orange?

Jimmy Carter Commentary by Dr. Gerhard Falk
Nobel
This year James Earl “Jimmy” Carter, 39 th President of the United States, was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize by the Norwegian Nobel Prize Committee. He thereby joined his friend, the terrorist Yassir A.R. Fat, in accepting a recognition based on seeking the destruction of Israel. Carter was undoubtedly instrumental in forging the so-called Camp David Accords between Israel and Egypt in 1979. Those agreements led to the surrender of the entire Sinai Peninsula by Israel to the benefit of Egypt. Israel received nothing in return, except some vague promises including the assertion that neither Egypt nor the United States would pressure Israel to relinquish any more land to the Palestinians or any other Arabs. That this promise was a lie need not be further elucidated here. Now Carter, whose failed presidency gives him no cause to brag, has spent the past 23 years endlessly repeating his role in this so-called peace treaty. The truth is that the Egyptians have violated every article in that agreement and are even now showing a new movie in their theaters which revives the Protocols of the Elders of Zion from the ashes of the 3 rd Reich.

This isn't humour, but I didn't know where else to put it.
Today, at a time when fundamentalist Islamic extremism is affecting so much of our world, I think it's interesting to note the statistical difference between Arabs and Jews shown below. I think that if the fanatics spent less time on politics and religion, and more on 'useful endeavours' (lots of room for discussion here!), it would be a good thing for their people and for everyone. As it is, they have only managed to accomplish a lot of chanting and rocking about ARAB/ISLAMIC NOBEL WINNERS JEWISH NOBEL WINNERS 19.6% of World's Population
