    The Finalists of the 2001 Oberlin International Piano Competition By Marci Janas '91 Soo-Jung Ann , 13, was born in Seoul, Korea. Since starting piano at the age of five, she has won numerous awards and competitions, among them the Teenagers' Piano Competition, Samick Piano Competition, and Chosun Newspaper Music Competition. She was a prize-winner in the Moscow International Junior Chopin Competition and has been invited to perform in Warsaw by the International Chopin Foundation. She has appeared as a recitalist in the Kumho Prodigy Concert Series and as soloist with the Poland National Wieniawski Philharmonic. In 2002, she will present a concert tour in Poland with recitals and concerto appearances. She is currently studying at Ye-Won Middle School and at the Preparatory Division of the Korean National University of Arts. Her teachers include Hae-Jeon Lee and Choong-Mo Kang.     EXHIBITION Mixed-media works by Kim Yu-jun at Gallerie Bhak (544-8481) thru March 28. Currently a professor at Hong-Ik University, Kim has created works focusing on the issues of culture and art from an Eastern perspective. Paintings and ceramic wares with the motif of a dragon at Hoam Museum of Art (0335-320-1801) until Aug. 27. On view are 114 pieces of paintings, ceramics, wooden and metal crafts dating back to years between the Three Kingdom to Choson period. Four Items designated as national treasures are included in the show which gives excellent introduction to the evolution of the dragon motif in traditional art. ``Photography: A Talk About Cloning'' at Sungkog Art Museum (02-737-7650) from Arpil 19 to May 21. Featuring artists like Ko Myong-keun, Choo Sang-yon and Hwang Kyu-tae, the exhibit will showcase mixed media works involving photography and digital technology. Retrospective show of Moon Hye-ja at Gallery Fusion (518-3631) thru April 29. Titled "The Fantasy of Jazz," the exhibit depicts a dynamic fusion between traditional visual art and rhythmical play of the jazz instruments. Works by contemporary Korean artists,Chang Hwa-jin and Koo Young-mo at the lobby of Westin Chosun Hotel until April 24. The show is organized by Martin C.
