Niet geheel ten onrechte denkt Ivo Janssen dat Bach op een vleugel ook mooi klinkt. Dat hij met zijn Bach-project een lange neus maakt naar alle historisch geïnformeerde fijnbesnaarden, pleit ook al sterk in zijn voordeel.

KOMPONISTEN Steffen Schleiermacher STEFFEN SCHLEIERMACHER Steffen Schleiermacher , geboren 1960 in Halle an der Saale, studierte von 1980 bis 1985 an der Musikhochschule Leipzig: Komposition (bei Siegfried Thiele und Friedrich Schenker), Klavier (bei Gerhard Erber) und Dirigieren. 1985 bis 1987 war er Meisterschüler bei Friedrich Goldmann in Ost-Berlin. 1989 bis 1991 studierte er Klavier bei Alois Kontarsky in Köln. Für seine Interpretationen zeitgenössischer Musik als Pianist wurde Schleiermacher mehrfach ausgezeichnet.
