Changing Mazhabs Foreword Hadeeth explains the Quraan Types of Masa'il Qiyaas is made Taqleed of one Imaam Changing Mazhabs Some Of The Conditions Of Ijtihaad Taqleed-e-Shaksi Changing Mazhabs TALFEEQ AND CHANGING MAZHABS IS NOT PERMISSABLE.
It is not permissible to leave making taqleed of one Imam and follow another Imam when one wishes. When this is done without permission from the Shariat it leads to Talfeeq , it also causes one to follow one's desires resulting in going far away from the truth and being lead astray.
Moulana Mohammed Hussain Sahib who opposed making taqleed for many years and then finally being affected by the bitter consequences of not making taqleed writes in his Risaalah, lshaa'atus Sunnat Vol.11 No. 2 Page 53.
After twenty-five years of experience we have come to know that those who leave making mutlaq taqleed or leave making taqleed of a Mujtahid-e-Mutlaq out of ignorance, finally leaves the fold of Islam. Some of these people become Christians and some remain without any matha'hib, who do not adhere to any faith or relegion. Violating the commands of Shariat, transgression and Irreligiousness are the least effects of this freedom.
The summary of the above is:
. There are some Nusoos the meaning of which is clear-cut, Taqleed Is not made in these masa'll.

Jesus A.S. in Islam and his second coming. Prophecies in the Holy Qur'an and Hadith that tell of a great Prophet's descension to earth. 10 During this period all other religions and mazhabs besides Islam will perish, hence there will be no kuffaars (non

Jesus (Isa) A.S. in Islam, and his Second Coming
by Mufti A.H. Elias I. Jesus (A.S.) In Islam Muslims do believe that Isa (A.S.) was sent down as a Prophet of Allah (God), but he (Jesus) is not God or Lord, nor the son of God. Muslims do not believe that Isa (A.S.), also known as Jesus by Christians and others, is dead or was ever crucified. We believe that he was raised to heaven and is there, and will descend at the appointed time, end all wars, and bring peace to the world. Like Jesus (A.S.), Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is also a Prophet and Messenger. Muhammed (P.B.U.H.) is the last Prophet, though, and there is none after him. Hence, Islam is the last religion, complete, with the Holy Qur'an as the unchanged and perfect word of God for over 1400 years, as God promised to preserve it till the last day for all of humankind, unlike sacred texts of other religions which have mulitple versions and are "revised" periodically. God, or Allah in Arabic, is Divine and Supreme Being and Creator. What the Holy Qur'an says about Jesus: They slew him not, nor did they crucify him but it was made dubious to them.

    How to Read the Qur'an
    by Zarina Mustapha
October 7, 2001 To put it very simply, it must be read in context. Though revealed over 1400 years ago, the Qur'anic message is not for a particular time and situation in historyits message transcends the test of time:
    About Islam and Muslims
The Qur'an has to be read with an intellectual analysis and understanding. One needs to approach the Qur'an by looking at:
    • historical, chronological, and sociological context in which the text was revealed
    • the parallel of those occasions and the present situation
    • the grammatical construction of the text (Arabic grammar)
    • the context of the whole text
    • further explanation from the Hadith (the sayings of Prophet Muhammad)
    • further examples from the Sunnah (the deeds of the Prophet)
    The Complexity of the Qur'an
The readers of the Qur'an need to be aware that the Surahs (chapters) and in the Qur'an are not arranged in chronological order. In addition to this, the verses bearing on a single theme are scattered throughout the Qur'an. The Qur'an covers a variety of reflections on numerous topics, and often referred to several times in many Surahs.

Knowledge of fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence), Qur'an (Koran), hadith (Hadeth), and tasawwuf (Ihsan, sufism) are explained according to Ahl as-sunna wal Jama'at creed. Corrupt and deviated sects are refuted. Islamic religion is compared and contrasted with Christianity and Judaism. Life story and excellences of our Prophet Muhammad , peace be upon him, are exposed online.
AL-IMAM AL-AZAM ABU HANIFA
He learned ilm al-fiqh from Hammad ibn Abi Sulaiman. He enjoyed the companionship of many notables of the Tabiin, and of Imam Jafar as-Sadiq. He memorized innumerable hadiths. He was brought up so as to become a great judge, but he became an imam al-madhhab. He had a superior, and amazingly keen intellect. In ilm al-fiqh, he attained an unequalled grade in a short time. His name and fame became world-wide.

8. Restricted And Doubted
What is the Islamic ruling in the other mazhabs, that is in Mazhab Maliki, Shafi,Hanbali, is it permissible to grow the beard less than a fist hold.
http://www.binoria.org/q&a/restricted.html
(Al-Hazr wal Ibaahah) Forgetting Some Verses of the Holy Qur'an After Memorizing Ques:
Ans:
According to Ahadith there is great reprimand of forgetting the Qur'an after memorizing it. Rasulullah (peace be upon him) said that once the sins of my Ummah were presented before me, I have not seen any sin greater than forgetting Qur'an after memorization. (At-Targheeb Wat-Tarheeb; vol.2 p-359)
In another place it is said that the person who forget Qur'an memorization, he will be presented in Allah's Assembly on Qiyamah as leper. (At-Targheeb Wat-Tarheeb; vol.2 p-359)
Hence one should try to memorize the Qur'an afresh the part he has forgotten, and should ask mercy for his sluggishness by true heart. To Read/Teach the Holy Qur'an in Menstrual or Puerperal Hemorrage Period Ques: Is it permitted for the women to read/teach the Holy Qur'an in their menstrual or puerperal hemorrage period? Is there any concession for them in this regard?
Ans: The recitation, teaching, reading and education of the Holy Qur'an are prohibited for women during their menstrual or puerperal hemorrhage period, even if it is of one verse or even less. It is also prohibited and not permissible to touch the Holy Qur'an directly in those days for women both for students and teachers.
However, a woman teacher is permitted, in those days, to teach the Holy Qur'an by spellings and cutting the words into and it means that a verse must not be recited/read in one breath. The breath must be broken at every word. For instance "Al hamdu Lillahi Rabbil 'alameen" is one verse, it should be read/recited like this: "Alhamdu" first separately, "Lillahi" separately, "Rabbul" separately and "'alameen" in a separate and another breath.

Praying while on the plane (2), 11 Dec. 1998
Assalamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters, Since many people were pushing for the message yesterday before they had to leave I had to write it from work with no references. So, here is an addendum: 1. In Hanafi, you cannot combine unless it is Hajj. 2. In Hanafi it is a must to shorten in travel while not a must in others. 3. In Hanbali itis 4 days not 3 days (maximum Iqamah or residence) excluding the day of arrival and departure. 4. Distance is not considered at all in the Zahir Mazhab (Ibn Hazm, ..etc) and many scholars like Sayyid Sabiq in Fiqh As-Sunnah as long as it is a travel. 5. In Maliki combining in case of rain and mud in Jama`ah in Masjid is not allowed in daytime prayers but allowed in Maghrib and Isha at Maghrib time. I said it is not allowed period before. 6. Jumu`ah is not a must in tavel; it becomes Sunnah. 7. In Hajj, Zuhr and Asr have to be done in Early Combining at Arafat and Maghrib and Isha in Late Combining at Muzdalifah. All Mazhabs. Notes: ====== Those who follow a Mazhab strctly from A to Z should not rely on my writings if they believe they have to do so; I myself do not believe in having to follow a Mazhab from A to Z if other Mazhabs have stronger evidence according to scholars who know evidences and Fiqh. I am mostly Shafi`i by practice (over 96% ) :) and mostly stick to within the four Mazhabs in what I write except some fatwas I believe for Ibn Al-Qayyim and Ibn Taymiyyah that differ from four Mazhabs in some cases I wont' mention here.

Praying while on the plane (1), 10 Dec. 1998
Assalamu Alaikum Brothers and Sisters, Many people have asked me to post a message about prayer on the plane, combining, shortening when flying home this coming break. I will not cover all the Fiqh of early or late combining and shortening since it takes time and space but will limit my reply to the trip home for many of you. These are random thoughts of the top of my head; if I make a mistake please correct me. I did not do any proofreading; so forgive my grammar or spelling. When you travel such a distance whether to another state or country or even a city you can combine and/or shorten your prayers. All Mazhabs talk about a 50 mile distance each way (Hanafi more) but Fiqh As-Sunnah suggest it has to be a travel with no definition of a distance. The travel must be a Halal travel to use the conveniences of shortening and combining which does not apply for example to someone going to Las Vegas to gamble Wal `Iazu Billah. Fajr is not shortened nor combined.

Aqida [Creed]
of the
Ahle Sunnat wa Jamaat
Imam Ahle Sunat Shah Ahmad Raza’s (may Allah be pleased with him) writings convey a sense of pessimism about the condition of Islam during his time, while urgently calling upon Muslims to reform their ways. Like most of the 19 th century reformers in British India, he blamed his fellow Muslims, rather than others, for their current situation. He denounced the views of Sir Sayyid Ahmad Khan and his 'modernist' Aligarh school, and ulema such as the Ahle Hadis, the Deobandis, the Nadwat al-Ulema, and the Ahmadis. In addition the Sh’is came under attack and the Hindu reform movement of the Arya Samaj was also a concern. [Sir Sayyid and his school are referred to as nechari (nature lovers); the Ahle Hadis are ghair-muqallid (followers of none of the 4 Sunni Mazhabs, or schools of law) or Wahhabi, a term also used to describe Deobandis; all Ahmadis, without distinction, are Qadianis (after the town Qadian, where the movement first began); Shi’is are referred to as Rafizis, the name of a Shi’i group in early Muslim history.] It is vital to examine the Ahle Sunnat’s opposition to the Muslim movements mentioned above in order to understand what they meant by ‘Sunna’ and the way in which they wanted to apply it in their lives. In a broad sense, their opposition stemmed from the argument that there is a constellation of beliefs, the zaruriyat-e din (essentials of the faith), which includes the main creed of Islam but is wider than it in scope, and which must be embraced if one is to ‘be’ a Muslim. Failure to believe in even a single one of these ‘zaruriyat’ made one a kafir. Thus, whoever denies any of the zururiyat-e din is a kafir, and whoever doubts his kufr and punishment is a kafir. Does a man become a Muslim merely by saying the ‘kalima’ and bowing before the Qibla? Until he believes in the zururiyat-e din, he is not entitled to call himself a Muslim, nor will he be saved from the eternity of the fire.

Some of them say, “ There is no doubt that it is obligatory to return to the guidance of our Prophet (s.a.w.) in the matters of our Deen, especially in the recommended acts of worship such as Prayer, where there is no room for opinion or ijtihaad, due to their immutable nature. However we hardly hear any of the muqallid shaikhs propounding this; in fact we find them upholding difference of opinion, which they regard as flexibility for the Ummah. Their proof for this is the hadeeth which they repeatedly quote in such circumstances, when refuting the helpers of the Sunnah ‘The difference of opinion (ikhtilaaf) among my Ummah is a mercy (rahmah)’ It seems to us that this hadeeth contradicts the principles to which you invite and based on which you have compiled this book and others. So, what do you say about this hadeeth? ” Answer: The answer is from two angles: A) Firstly: This hadeeth is not authentic; in fact it is false and without foundation. Allama Subki said, “I have not come across an authentic or weak or fabricated chain of narration for it”, i.e. no chain of narrators exists for this “hadeeth”!

The Halal Feed and Food Foundation is supervised by Majlis Al IFTA (Council of Fatwa) of the Netherlands and Europe. This council consists from scholars of the four law schools ( Mazhabs) in Islam and therefore reflects the muslim society in the Netherlands and Europe. This is very special because all four Mazhabs are brought together and together they have to give an interpretation of social issues like for instance organ donation or transplantation. Majlis Al IFTA (Council of Fatwa) is accepted by the Dutch government to discuss all issues concerning Muslims in the Netherlands. Statement of Majlis Al IFTA (Council of Fatwa)
concerning certifying bodies and the certificates issued by them.

Majlis Al IFTA (Council of Fatwa [ a council of Islamic scholars of the four Mazhabs]) instructs the Halal Feed and Food Inspection Authority (HFFIA) to accept only a Halal certificate after a detailed research about the sources of the Halal product and the methodologies used to certify the product Halal. This decision has been taken because from experience we have learned that there are certifiers who issue a certificate without completing the necessary screening. At times they do not have enough qualified knowledge to screen and analyse a product according to the Islamic rules and conditions as well as the necessary chemical/ bio-chemical knowledge.
