HISTORICAL NEWS AND COMMENT Historians Wrangle over the Destruction of European Jewry Translated by Waltraud Martin [Commentary on the Congess of Historians in Stuttgart, 1984] International historical conventions dealing with the question of the "destruction of the Jews during World War II" have been rare up to now, the consensus being that such events were superfluous. On that subject, historians had fundamentally adhered to what had been pronounced as "historical fact" at the various show trials held by the victorious powers in Nuremberg and elsewhere soon after the end of hostilities. Furthermore, it was arranged that in divided Germany the same "findings" should also be ratified by German judges. This state of affairs. assuredly ideal for certain circles, appears to be gradually coming in its deserved end due to the increasing influence of historical Revisionism. As early as 1982 an international convention on the subject "Nazi Germany and the destruction of the Jews" was held at the Sorbonne University in Paris. This was followed by yet another assembly of prominent historians from Germany and abroad which convened in Stuttgart on May 3-5, 1984, dealing with the same topic. The conclusions reached were published by Professors Jaeckel and Rohwer in 1985, in the form of a book consisting of the lectures presented at the congress, augmented and annotated as well as other edited contributions to the discussions insofar as these purported to contain new insights.

However, hardly anyone knows the history of this expert report or knows what the subject matter of the expert report is, what conclusions it comes to and how some well-known persons have assessed it. The use of expert reports in criminal trials is normal. They have even been used in trials concerning the Holocaust. However, the reports have always been of a historical nature or were psychiatric studies of the supposed criminals and victims. Natural scientific expert reports on the reported crimes themselves, which are an everyday usage in any ordinary murder trial or motor car crash, were never undertaken. Here and there defense attorneys have made motions for this purpose, but the courts have uniformly rejected them because of the "common knowledge" fact of the "Holocaust". In such trials the defense's only recourse is to commission an expert report on its own account and to present it on its own behalf. But to date such expert reports have been rejected by German courts because of the "common knowledge" of the supposed crime.

When reading these accounts, we notice that they do not jibe with today's version of the holocaust. According to this latter, the Jews were murdered with Diesel exhaust gas in the four "pure extermination camps" Belzec, Treblinka, Sobibor and Chelmno, while they were killed with the insecticide Zyklon-B at Auschwitz and Majdanek (in Majdanek, the Germans are also said to have used Carbon monoxide as a murder weapon). The official version of the holocaust The world "holocaust" is of Greek origin and means "immolation by fire". It is nowadays almost exclusively used to design the alleged extermination of the Jews by the Germans during the Second World War. According to the orthodox historians, the National Socialist leadership, having decided to wipe out the Jewish race, set up six extermination camps where [ six ] million of Jews were gassed. All six killing factories were located in Poland (or in territories which had been Polish before the war and were annexed by Germany in 1939 before returning to Poland in 1945). Four of them (Belzec, Treblinka, Sobibor and Chelmno) were pure extermination camps, and only a handful of Jews survived them. At Belzec, Treblinka and Sobibor, the Jews were murdered in gas chambers, at Chelmno in gas vans. The remaining two extermination centres, Auschwitz and Majdanek, served both as killing factories and as labour camps. In these two camps, the Jews unfit for labour were gassed, while those able to work were at least temporarily spared. The bodies of the gassed Jews were burnt, partly in crematoria, partly in the open air, so that no mass graves were found after the war. As all gassing orders were only given orally, no documentary evidence corroborating the existence of homicidal gas chambers has ever been discovered. Even without such personal participation, however, Frick has admitted that he could properly be charged with having for 12 years continued in the Reich Cabinet, after he had realized the direction the conspiracy was taking (3043- PS). The scope of Frick's personal and direct responsibility for Nazi Crimes against Humanity is so broad that reference need be made only to a few of the most significant instances. Gestapo atrocities and concentration camps . Frick, as jurisdictional head of the German Police Administration, is responsible for the crimes and atrocities perpetrated by the German police, especially the Gestapo and SS, inside and outside of Germany. As already stated, Frick demonstrated particular interest in the "medical" experiments carried on in the concentration camps under the personal direction of Himmler. Frick paid a personal visit to Germany's oldest concentration camp, Dachau, in 1943, for the purpose of inspecting the malaria station and Dr. Rascher's Experimental Station (3249-PS). There he could personally acquaint himself with the forced subjection of healthy camp inmates to malarial mosquitos and the air-pressure and freezing experiments on human beings carried on by Dr. Rascher.

This is shown by a certified copy of the charge, specifications and findings of the US Military Commission at Wiesbaden, against the individuals who operated the Hadamar Sanitarium where many Russians and Poles were done away with. In this particular proceeding, seven defendants were charged with the murder in 1944 and 1945 of 400 persons of Polish and Russian nationality. Three of the defendants were sentenced to be hanged; the other four were sentenced to confinement at hard labor (3592-PS). But the murdering in Hadamar was only part of a systematic program. The official report of the Czechoslovak War Crimes commission, entitled "Detailed Statement on the Murdering of Ill and Aged People in Germany," shows that Frick was one of the originators of the secret law of 1940, which authorized the killing of sick and aged persons and under which the Hadamar "murder mill" was operated until 1945. Mail Zeke's Statement from 1996: The Land Fraud In 1973, or early 1974, George Wilhelm, (the murder victim) became interested in acquiring some land in North Carolina where he could mine for semi-precious stones. The land was owned by the federal government. Miller had been involved in politics as a small time hack of sorts and would help out during campaigns doing errands and odd jobs for candidates. Miller somehow convinced Wilhelm that Miller had a special connection with then Senator Richard Schweiker. I learned from Miller's testimony that Dedo posed as a man named Ken Manella who worked as an aide to Senator Schweiker. Two secret meetings took place in hotel rooms; one in Washington, D.C. and one in Washington, Pennsylvania. At both of these meetings Wilhelm gave several thousand dollars in cash to Dedo, believing he was Ken Manella. Miller was also present at these meetings. Miller testified at my trial that I was at meetings with Dedo and Miller in Pittsburgh. It turned out that I was out of town for my firm at the time. After Wilhelm paid out a substantial amount of money, he obviously expected to receive a deed to the property in North Carolina. This did not happen and he became suspicious. While Wilhelm was at the Pittsburgh office of Senator Schweiker, he spoke to the real Ken Manella over the phone who worked in Schweiker's Washington office as an aide. When Wilhelm asked the real Mr. Manella about the land deal Manella denied any knowledge of such a deal and had no idea what Wilhelm was talking about. As a result of this conversation between Wilhelm and the real Manella, the office of Senator Schweiker put Wilhelm in touch with the FBI in Pittsburgh.

It becomes obvious in Njal's Saga that murder is illegal because after nearly every one of the numerous murders, the murderer(s) is punished. However, the matter is not as simple as that because there were other stipulations that made some forms of murder more illegal than others. For example, a killer was guilty of a more serious crime if he did not announce the killing soon after it took place to the appropriate people (the deceased's kinsmen), or did not cover the corpse. The truly interesting thing about murder in Iceland, with regard to its consequences, is that murder does not seem to be all that serious of an offense. No one ever is imprisoned or officially sentenced to death (except maybe by the offended family's kinsmen). In fact, the only serious form of punishment was outlawry, which could force a person out of the Iceland for either three years or life. This coupled with the fact that they were indeed willing to pay a settlement if need be led to these long, drawn-out blood feuds that only ended when one side had killed off enough of the other side to deter them from striking back yet again.
