Old Photos Reunions Amuay 1993 ... Contact Me The 2000 Creole Annuitants Reunion was held in Las Vegas Wednesday, May 31 - Sunday, June 4, 2000. This included a "kids" reunion under the umbrella of the Creole Annuitants. A great time was had by all! I messed up with my camera. (I kept my finger over the flash.) Only two of these pictures came from my camera, and I took only one of those. The picture of me and my wife, Nancy, was taken by Butch Moore using my camera. Thank you Butch! There were lots of people there that I don't have pictures of. Please send me some pictures, and I will include them.

  • AMATYC results : Mike Dellens announced that ACC was 1st in our region for Round 1 with 6 of the top 11 students in the region being students at ACC. Nationally we were 24th out of 161 colleges for Round 1. Full-time Faculty Hiring : The proposed hiring guidelines would require a distinct hiring committee for each position. Math has 8 new positions. The Dean would divide the applications with each committee receiving one-eighth of the applications. The task force was extremely displeased and will send the Faculty Senate a letter about the proposed process. Concerns were raised about the issues of quality, fairness, workload, legality, and balancing the department. COMAP International Modeling: Allison Sutton announced that while we had entered a team in the COMAP competition they were unable to work on a problem due to class workloads. We'll try again next year.

Well, they both started out as good things. Redneck
And a hillbilly?
and shit like that.
The Beverly Hillbillies
Well, Beverly Hillbillies
Absolutely. I was working on the Hearts Afire TV series when Clinton was first running for president, and that was with Harry Thomason and Linda Bloodworth-Thomason, the big Clinton supporters, so I went to fund-raisers and was around Clinton quite a bit.
Ever find out what he thought of Primary Colors Sling Blade. You starred and directed from a screenplay you wrote. Is it true you also did all the makeup and catering? [laughs] [Hear which job Billy Bob prefers.] Why is Hollywood so scared shitless of original ideas? The Andy Griffith Show [Hear why he thinks remakes suck.] See video of Billy Bob hanging out with bthere.TV. Windows Media: Amen. What jobs did you have before becoming a filmmaker? [Hear him discuss work satisfaction.] Um, uh, so, yeah, you seem like sort of the workaholic type. Bandits and Angelina: [she exits to take a call] [sarcastically] Thank God Oh, my God. Here you are!

Got Milk Gravity Tour Long Beach CA, 4-12-2002 - 4-14-2002 The first stop on the Got Milk Tour for 2002 was situated in the Long Beach Arena smack dab in the middle of the Long Beach Grand Prix. Every year the streets of Long Beach get closed down around the Convention Center and they get turned into a race track. The Got Milk vert ramp was set up on one end of the arena and the pit area made up the rest of the arena. There were lots of venders on the opposite side of the Convention Center and people were milling around everywhere so this meant that the shows were standing room only. Some of the pros in attendance were Tas Pappas, Chris Gentry, Bob Kohl, Jason Richard, Ben Snowden and Jeff Ferris. Art Thomason put on a good flatland show in the middle of each demo and there was some good doubles combos going one with Jason Richard and Jeff Ferris. This was the first Got Milk demo since last year and Chris and Ricca Gentry brought their son Micah to the event to watch dad rip it up. This was also the debut of Gentry's poster for KMC Wheels which is one of his newest sponsors and we got a chance to check out their booth while we were cruising around between shows.

For a while it will be as the sign below says: I'll do the best I can and will be updating regularly as time permits. This page is dedicated to my mother, Jewell Overton (2/24/1906 -7/11/1996). She loved God and taught me to do so too. I owe her debts I can never pay. I miss her so much. "Love many, trust few, always paddle your own canoe" Jewell Overton, 17 years, ca. 1923 My mother was one of 8 children born in Weakley County Tennessee. Her brothers were William Crawley, Brian , and Robert Lee. Her sisters were Ettie Lane, Effie Lee, Evie Lillian, and Lottie (died at age 11 from typhoid fever). Her paternal grandparents were William Ballard Overton and Virginia (Josie?) Childers (or Childress). William Ballard Overton was the son of John Overton, Jr . and Martha Elizabeth Ballard. It is believed that William Ballard Overton came to Weakley Co. in the 1835 in a wagon train with Polly Birthwright Overton , his stepmother and several siblings. Polly, a widow since the death of

Hall of Fame Bows "Treasures Untold: Unique Collections From Devoted Fans"
New Exhibit Opens in October, Focuses on Intimate Relationships Between Country Music Fans and Their Stars
Like the U.S. Navy lifting the turret of the iron-clad Civil War relic U.S.S. Monitor from the ocean floor, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum has used the "steel claws" of staff expertise to resurrect more pearls from its oceanic collection.
The gems, most to be publicly displayed for the first time, will be included in Treasures Untold: Unique Collections from Devoted Fans, a new exhibit illuminating the powerful relationships that often exist between country music stars and their fans. The exhibit formally opens on October 11, 2002, for a seven-month engagement.
A series of family and adult programs that emphasize the importance of collecting will be offered throughout the exhibit's run. These will include curators' tours and presentations, children's art activities, live musical performances, and more.
Taking its name from a song co-written and popularized by Country Music Hall of Fame member Jimmie Rodgers, Treasures Untold depicts the way ardent fans have compellingly documented country music culture and a wide range of country music careers.

When I'm in a name-dropping mood, I can say I know somebody who "made the cover of Time ." That person is not a celebrity, but photographer Bob Thomason of Westcliffe, whose work graced the "Boom Times in the Rockies" cover of Time four years ago. Bob's mountain photos are, well, exquisite. He can capture the panoramas when the light is just right, a process that requires far more patience than most of us possess. He's also got an excellent eye for detail the texture of bare rock, the delicate petals of a wildflower, the gnarled grain of an ancient bristlecone pine. That talented eye is present throughout Sangre de Cristo Wilderness , which is primarily a collection of his photos.

My great grandparents were Isaac Wm. Franklin, and Clara Thomason. They lived at Alpena Pass in the last quarter of the 19th century. Clara was the daughter of Young Zemeriah (Bud) Thomason of MO. Bill Franklin had come to Boone COunty from TN. He was the ggg grand nephew of the great American Patriot, Benjamin Franklin.
II have a great deal of information on this family's ancestors, but would like to know what became of their eight daughters (married names, children, etc.)
