5-0 out of 5 stars Great Follow-up!
This book was a great follow-up to the first volume. It really covers A-Z when it comes to problems in the bedroom. Since I've read this and the other edition, my wife and I have had a lot more fun! Thanks!

5-0 out of 5 stars A great duo!
Grab both of these books, if your husband or yourself has any problems in the bedroom.These books cover it all: erectile problems, impotence, premature ejaculation, low self esteem, bedroom anxiety, you name it.I am a marriage counselor, and I find myself constantly recommending these books.As we all know, most marriage problems can be quickly solved by more intimacy in the bedroom, and these books definetely help with that!

5-0 out of 5 stars A great sequel!
This book was a great sequal to the first volume.I tried both of these, and saw immediate results, when nothing else would work for me.Sure, you could probably spend hundreds of dollars and find something else that works- but why bother when you know that this works?I would recommend this to everyone!

5-0 out of 5 stars This works!
I don't care what anyone may say, this really works!Following the techniques in this book really works, and it works fast!I thought since I noticed some improvement with the first book that I would give this one a try, and I was not dissapointed.If you have any sexual insecurities or anything like that, give these two books a try.It may save your marriage, I know that it saved mine!

5-0 out of 5 stars This is a great sequel!
This second volume takes off right where the first book leaves off.This series has tremendously helped my love life, and I can tell the difference!Although I've never had a problem with my penis size, I used to have a problem with enjoying an orgasm.I used to always be worried about premature ejaculation, and I'd get to where I didn't really enjoy sex at all.This book has helped tremendously.Thanks! ... Product Description
A comprehensive Guidebook to treatment options and the latest medical advances for Erectile Dysfunction.

Erectile dysfunction (ED), formerly known as impotence, is defined as the persistent inability to attain or maintain penile erection sufficiently for sexual intercourse. An estimated 10-20 million American men have some degree of erectile dysfunction. Although the incidence of ED increases steadily with age, it is not an inevitable consequence of aging. Erectile dysfunction affects only about 5% of men under age 40, whereas, it affects about 50% of American men between ages 40 to 70.

In general, the causes of erectile dysfunction (ED) may be grouped into the following two major categories:

* Psychogenic erectile dysfunction - the disorder is caused by or attributed to the persons thoughts and emotions.
* Organic erectile dysfunction - the disorder is caused by or can be attributed to a detectable physiological or structural abnormality or change in an organ.

The treatment options for erectile dysfunction (ED) depend to a great extent upon whether the underlying cause is primarily psychological or organic. In general, the treatment options for ED may be grouped into the following categories:

First-line treatments

* Education and counseling
* Lifestyle modifications
* Drug therapy (testosterone replacement therapy; PDE-5 inhibitors such as Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra)
* Pelvic floor exercises

Second-line treatments

* Intraurethral alprostadil
* Intracavernosal penile injection of alprostadil
* Penile vacuum pumps

Third-line treatments

* Surgical implantation of a penile implant prosthesis
* Revascularization of obstructed arteries

It is important for men with ED to learn as much as possible about the various treatment options and understand the risks and benefits of each treatment modality. Because ED also affects the patients partner, it is equally important to involve their partner in the decision making process.

From the supplier: The drug sildenafil presents an efficacious solution to certain types of erectile dysfunction. Sildenafil enhances the effect of nitric oxide, which is the catalyst for the chemical reaction necessary to achieve and maintain an erection. Since nitric oxide is needed for sildenafil to work, some erectile function in the patient is required.

Chapters: Testosterone. Source: Wikipedia. Pages: 49. Not illustrated. Free updates online. Purchase includes a free trial membership in the publisher's book club where you can select from more than a million books without charge. Excerpt: Testosterone is a steroid hormone from the androgen group. In mammals, testosterone is primarily secreted in the testes of males and the ovaries of females, although small amounts are also secreted by the adrenal glands. It is the principal male sex hormone and an anabolic steroid. Testosterone is evolutionarily conserved through most vertebrates, although fish make a slightly different form called 11-ketotestosterone. In men, testosterone plays a key role in the development of male reproductive tissues such as the testis and prostate as well as promoting secondary sexual characteristics such as increased muscle and bone mass and hair growth. In addition, testosterone is essential for health and well-being as well as preventing osteoporosis. On average, an adult human male body produces about ten times more testosterone than an adult human female body, but females are, from a behavioral perspective (rather than from an anatomical or biological perspective), more sensitive to the hormone. However, the overall ranges for male and female are very wide, such that the ranges actually overlap at the low end and high end respectively. In general, androgens promote protein synthesis and growth of those tissues with androgen receptors. Testosterone effects can be classified as virilizing and anabolic, although the distinction is somewhat artificial, as many of the effects can be considered both. Testosterone is anabolic, meaning it builds up bone and muscle mass. Testosterone effects can also be classified by the age of usual occurrence. For postnatal effects in both males and females, these are mostly dependent on the levels and duration of circulating free testosterone. Most of the prenatal androg...More: http://booksllc.net/?id=30983 ... Read more

Chapters: Erectile Dysfunction. Source: Wikipedia. Pages: 43. Not illustrated. Free updates online. Purchase includes a free trial membership in the publisher's book club where you can select from more than a million books without charge. Excerpt: Erectile dysfunction (ED, "male impotence ") is a sexual dysfunction characterized by the inability to develop or maintain an erection of the penis sufficient for satisfactory sexual performance An erection occurs as a hydraulic effect due to blood entering and being retained in sponge-like bodies within the penis. The process is most often initiated as a result of sexual arousal, when signals are transmitted from the brain to nerves in the penis. Erectile dysfunction is indicated when an erection is consistently difficult or impossible to produce, despite arousal. There are various and often multiple underlying causes, some of which are treatable medical conditions. The most important organic causes are cardiovascular disease and diabetes, neurological problems (for example, trauma from prostatectomy surgery), hormonal insufficiencies (hypogonadism) and drug side effects. It is important to realize that erectile dysfunction can signal underlying risk for cardiovascular disease. There is often a contributing and complicating and sometimes a primary psychological or relational problem. Psychological impotence is where erection or penetration fails due to thoughts or feelings (psychological reasons) rather than physical impossibility; this can often be helped. Notably in psychological impotence, there is a strong response to placebo treatment. Erectile dysfunction, tied closely as it is to cultural notions of potency, success and masculinity, can have severe psychological consequences. There is a strong culture of silence and inability to discuss the matter. In reality, it has been estimated that around 1 in 10 men will experience recurring impotence problems at some point in their li...More: http://booksllc.net/?id=14783 ... Read more
