Product Description
THE CAUSE

Gallstones are mainly caused through poor eating habits, so is definitely a lifestyle based ailment. Although not usually a killer, it can be so if allowed to build up and block the gall ducts. Further, because gallstones can reduce the efficiency of connecting organs such as the pancreas and liver, general ill-health, sluggishness and eventually liver damage or pancreatitis can emanate from gallstones, as personally occurred with this author. This happens because the pancreas becomes less efficient or is damaged. Liver disease and/or acute pancreatitis can be killers.

Women suffer from gallstones far more than men. This has been linked to being overweight and also to dieting and losing weight rapidly.

Diabetics have a higher risk of developing gallstones. This may be because insulin resistance can increase the cholesterol saturation index in the bile, and thus may facilitate gallstone formation.Gallstones are predominately made up of cholesterol (the white ones) and bilirubin (the green ones).

Gallbladder and liver detox cleanses were used by the Ancient Egyptians, and they still work. Not that the allopathic medical profession in the West would tell you that, as it would compete with their invasive and very expensive procedures.

Surgery is usually recommended by the medical establishment for gallstones, and modern day laparoscopic surgery is less of an invasive operation than gallstone removal once was. But as with all surgery, the risk of infection is always present as well as the pain and inconvenience of postoperative recuperation. Bile acid dissolution and fragmentation via shock-wave lithotripsy to the back is a less invasive treatment, but is relatively expensive. It is also likely to require repeat treatments.

However, what conventional doctors don’t tell you is that there is a simple, holistic way that can more often eliminate gallstones by way of a gallstone and liver cleansing flush.

It might seem ludicrous to suggest that something so simple and natural as apple juice, virgin olive oil and freshly squeezed citrus fruit juices can eliminate gallstones in the space of a day as you lie down and rest, but it does work as many people can testify - including the author of this book and other members of his family. There are two main procedures, and this author and friends have used both, more than once. But following the exact procedure is the key. There are also many nutritional, herbal and lifestyle factors which help prevent gallstones occurring in the first place.

This book details all. Take back your life.

Product Description
Purchase of this book includes free trial access to www.million-books.com where you can read more than a million books for free. This is an OCR edition with typos.Excerpt from book:CHAPTER II.PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION OF GALL-STONES.That a gall-stone is not a fortuitous concurrence of particles, but a product of a process specific and definable, may be learned from the typical nature of its composition. . Its composition determines its structure; its structure permits us to draw conclusions upon its composition and the mode of its formation.I. Shape. Morgagni paid great attention to the shape of gall-stones, and corrected the faulty descriptions of earlier writers. He observed the frequent occurrence of tetrahedral forms, but did not explain their formation.Solitary calculi are round, oval, or club-shaped. The round, globular calculus has been the most moveable, and in the gall-bladder, as is evidenced by its structure, has grown by equable apposition of new matter round the whole of its surface. The oval and club-shaped forms of calculi are determined by the shape of the gall-bladder. While apposition of new matter took place all over their surface, the greater part, in the thickest layers, was deposited at the two ends.Social calculi are always found to have made concessions of space to each other. They are flattened on several sides, a consequence, no doubt, of pressure and friction during, and in some degree after, their formation. The bodies thus formed have no stereometric outlines; they possess nothing of the regularity of crystals, axes according to cleavage are absent; but nevertheless the perfection of the cubes, prisms, octahedra, tetrahedra, and other forms met with amongst a heap of most irregular and fantastic forms, is often surprising. When gall-stones are so fitted upon each other that the prominences of the one exactly fill the depressions of the other, they are called articulating. Frequently the articulating surfaces are ... ... Read more

Product Description
High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles! Cholesterol is a lipidic, waxy steroid found in the cell membranes and transported in the blood plasma of all animals. It is an essential component of mammalian cell membranes, where it is required to establish proper membrane permeability and fluidity. In addition, cholesterol is an important precursor molecule for the biosynthesis of bile acids, steroid hormones, and several fat-soluble vitamins. Cholesterol is the principal sterol synthesized by animals, but small quantities are synthesized in other eukaryotes, such as plants and fungi. It is almost completely absent among prokaryotes, which include bacteria. The name cholesterol originates from the Greek chole- (bile) and stereos (solid), and the chemical suffix -ol for an alcohol, as François Poulletier de la Salle first identified cholesterol in solid form in gallstones, in 1769. However, it was only in 1815 that chemist Eugène Chevreul named the compound "cholesterine". ... Read more
