Product Description
HANDBOOK OF POLYELECTROLYTES AND THEIR APPLICATIONS (3-Volume Set)

Handbook of Polyelectrolytes and Their Applications, Three-Volume Setis the first major reference source to provide complete coverage ofpolyelectrolytes, which is a rapidly growing multidisciplinary fieldof research. To date there is no single reference source in the areaof polyelectrolytes, this handbook aims to fill this existinggap. This three-volume set, is the first comprehensive handbook everpublished bringing under a single cover all aspects ofpolyelectrolytes, their chemical synthesis, spectroscopiccharacterization, fabrication, processing into multilayers,self-assemblies, thin films and nanostructures, physical properties, solution behavior, theoretical models and industrial applications ofpolyelectrolytes currently studied in academic and industrialresearch. This handbook contains more than 6,000 bibliographiccitations and thousands of illustrations, figures, tables andequations. Three-volume set contains 36 state-of-the-art reviewchapters written by over 60 internationally renowned experts from 12countries. This handbook has been divided into three thematic volumes:

Volume 1: Polyelectrolyte-Based Multilayers, Self-Assemblies and Nanostrutures
Volume 2: Polyelectrolytes, Their Characterization and Polyelectrolyte Solutions
Volume 3: Applications of Polyelectrolytes and Theoretical Models ... Read more

Product Description
Alan Graham MacDiarmid (Alan G. MacDiarmid) (* 14. April 1927 in Masterton, Neuseeland; † 7. ... Read more
