In India, during the first quarter, Sayyad Ahmed Shaheed (died 1831 AD) declared Jihad against the tyrant British rule. The response to this declaration was tremendous and full of spirit and a self-sacrificial atmosphere prevailed. The British masters were disturbed, shaken and rattled, they realized the coming threat and gathered together to draw up a solution. After deep study of the character, attitude, belief and temperament of the Muslims, they came to the result that the solution of this increasing problem is to make use of their religious susceptibilities, as this was the only way to reach the innermost recesses of their hearts, as the Muslims were inclined to religion. The British government resolved to raise up a person of religious recognition and position from among the Muslims who should gather a large amount of people around him on religious and spiritual bases and then impart on them loyalty and oblige them with allegiance so that they could freeze them from being a dangerous threat to the British Government. The Government found Mirza Ghulam Ahmed suitable for the mission of crime and deception as he was a victim of frustration and was mentally upset and strived to be a founder of a faith, in order to have followers and devotees. Mirza Ahmad held that he was the alleged Imam Mehdi and Prophet Esa in one person and that he was the awaited one. Although such claims were diabolical, he has, surprisingly, managed to bring millions of people into his mass movement. This was also a political movement or strategy hindered by the British Empire in India to divide and conquer over the Muslims. Even today it is evident, these people are occupying high positions in society, and like the Jews are well structured and organised. The deceased was an official of the local Ahmadiyya community. He was in his seventies. Madina Town has been a hot bed of anti-Ahmadiyya agitation for some time. The authorities were kept informed by Ahmadis of the gravity of the situation in the neighborhood. However, the authorities played the politics and always tilted towards the mulla. A year and a half ago, they sealed the Ahmadiyya mosque; it has remained sealed since then. (a fabricated nonsense) It appears that one Ashfaq Ahmad, the Nazim of the area, is at the back of this murder. He is an anti-Ahmadiyya activist and was interested in grabbing the plot of the sealed Ahmadiyya mosque. He was mentioned in the FIR. Local mullahs banded together to interfere in the police inquiry. They addressed their flock at night through loudspeakers of their mosques in an effort to agitate them. The next day they visited the police office accompanied by a crowd of their sympathizers to put pressure on authorities. Sheikh Nazir Ahmad is survived by a son and four daughters. For the last twenty years, he was the finance Secretary of the local Ahmadiyya Community.
