A Lesson for American Assemblies of God
Apostolic Revolution is the story of transformation in the Australian Assemblies of God. It gives the inside story of a national church going from very small to a dominant cultural influence globally (i.e.- Hillsong etc.). The story emphasizes faith and a return to biblical patterns of leadership and empowerment.

Cartledge attributes most of the growth to Ephesians style 5=fold gifting as the leadership style of the transformed church in Australia. The book is a bit heavy on Australian history for an American audience, but provides many challenging ideas for modeling the future of the Assemblies of God or any other denomination. It leaves you challenged and wondering about the possibilities for the future of American church. ... Read more
