The workshop is intended expecially for young researchers, both as participants and speakers. We aim to have an informal and cooperative atmosphere and allow plenty of time for discussion. If you wish to give a talk, please say so when you register and include title and abstract. If necessary, the Scientific Committee will make a selection from the talks offered on the basis of the abstracts. Proposals for talks on any aspect of vector bundles on algebraic curves are welcome. We would especially like to encourage young researchers to submit abstracts for talks and will include as many as possible of these in the final programme.
