Product Description

Psychology: Core Concepts represents the marriage of great science with great teaching--Applying the principles of psychology to the teaching of psychology.

Within this fourteen-chapter text, the authors focus on the core topics the majority of introductory psychology instructors cover—all while applying the principles of psychology to the teaching of psychology. Psychology: Core Concepts focuses on a manageable number of core concepts (usually three to five) in each chapter, allowing students to attain a deeper level of understanding of the material. Learning is reinforced through focused application and critical thinking activities, and connections between concepts are drawn across chapters to help students see the big picture of psychology as a whole. The 6th Edition features an enhanced critical thinking emphasis, with new chapter-opening "Problems" and new end-of-chapter critical thinking applications that promote more active learning of the content.

The book is in excellent condition. The only thing is, is that the book was highlighted by the previous owner. It doesn't bother me, only because it seemed like the previous owner did a good job on what exactly to highlight. I find it more helpful than anything. So, I give this product and seller a good rating!

1-0 out of 5 stars poor packaging
When I received the book from the postman the flimsy brown paper was all torn and the top and sides of the book was exposed. Do not know the original condition of the book because of this. The top right corners were all folded over and corner of cover was torn off. The book was still useable, however my son said it looked like it went thru the war. Will not order from amazon again an expensive collage book and will not recommend it to anyone either.
Postman said shipper could of packaged much better....

5-0 out of 5 stars From one of Dr. Entwistle's students
I am currently reading this book for my class Integration of Psychology and Christianity taught by none other than Dr. Entwitsle at Malone University. I find the book to be incredibly interesting and I have learned a lot already about the history of the relationship between the Church and psychology. It is definitely a challenging book, however, I do have the benefit of discussing every chapter with the author. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone interested in the Integration of Psychology and Christianity.

5-0 out of 5 stars A true thought provoker!
Integrative Approaches to Psychology and Christianity is a great way to challenge what you really believe as it relates to the relation of psychology and theology in the clinical world and religious world. You will be challenged to develop your belief system, as Entwistle presents an unbiased presentation of what others have to say on the matter.

5-0 out of 5 stars Solid presentation
As an older grad student returning to advanced study after 25 years, I found this book a solid presentation of the history of integration of psychology and theology. With a BA in Bible and years of experience in the ministry, the type of integration that Entwistle proposes needs to be heavily considered for any Christian counselor who seeks success with his clients. Taking notes on chapter highlights was helpful for exam preparation.

4-0 out of 5 stars Entwistle Review - Angela Sullivan
For the most part, psychology and theology have been considered to be enemies as both deal with the basic questions about life and the human experience from different approaches.Psychology places human experience (empirically) at the core of understanding and theology places God (our interpretation of His Word) at the center of understanding human experiences.Theology is faith based and includes a strong acceptance of the Bible as the basis of all truth.Psychology is empirically based and leaves little room for faith or acceptance of the supernatural. It is easy to see how the two disciplines can be viewed as enemies. However, Entwistle provides an in depth look at both and paves a way to model the two in such a way that they complement and complete one another.
According to Entrwistle, "Everyone has a worldview - a window through which he or she views the world, assumptions, and beliefs that color what he or she sees." (Entwistle, 2004, p. 67)The book begins by discussing in depth how our worldview affects our way of thinking about everything, including psychology and theology. As the author points out, our worldviews are not so much chosen as much as they are learned from our experiences, education, and culture. Most are not even aware that their views on everything are filtered through these windows, which both distort and clarify our interpretation of what we see.
In addition to the ways that particular worldviews shape our attitude about psychology and theology, we also approach the subject according to the models we have constructed regarding the two disciplines.Entwistle described 5 distinct paradigms of relational approaches to understanding the various models.Enemies, which include both secular combatants and Christian combatants, do not see any reconciliation between psychology and theology.Spies, both domestic and foreign, will hold allegiance to one discipline but selectively taking components from the other.Colonialists are described as those who claim territory they did not win, discover, or work for.Neutral parties tend to mind their own business and keep the two camps separate.Lastly, there are those who are like allies.Allies view both psychology and Christianity as belonging to God and seek to understand how the two are based on the same truth.
Based on Francis Bacon's description of two sources for learning, God's book of Words (the Bible) and God's book of deeds (written in creation through nature), Entwistle concludes the book with a discussion on finding balance in our responsibility to properly utilize the two books. He reminds us that when science disagrees with the Bible, the conflict always resides in our interpretation.Coming full circle, Entwistle returns to the issue of how our worldview, biases, presumptions, and experiences alter and skew the way we interpret data.He ended the book with a sentence worth remembering in our search for truth:"We will sometimes have to live with ambiguity and uncertainty, be we affirm that God is the author of all truth..."(p. 275).

4-0 out of 5 stars Great book but lacking
David Entwistle lays the foundation for his book in the questions, "What is the proper relationship of faith and science? More specifically, what, if any, relationship should be posited between Christianity and psychology" (2004, p. 10)? In order to understand and have a complete appreciation for the depth of the arguments regarding the relationship between Christianity and psychology, Entwistle begins by examining the history of each as well as the worldviews that have resulted from this history. This leads us to explore the movement called integration and the search for a comprehensive definition. Using anecdotes from his years of building models, Entwistle demonstrates how two disciplines, that many feel must be completely separate, can be effectively integrated.

When we look at the relationship of psychology and theology, we are concerned with models based on models; that is we express our understanding of theology in various models, our understanding of psychology in different models, and we then conceptualize their relationship in yet more models (p. 160).

Entwistle makes a key point in laying the foundation of the integrative approach when he contrasts two divergent Christian beliefs. On one hand, some Christians maintain the created universe was the result of eons of cosmic evolution in order to fit with scientific theory. On the other hand, some Christians maintain a literal view of Biblical creation in that the world was created six days. Both views ". . . emphasize who did it while diverging on how it was done" (Entwistle, 2004, p. 121). According to Entwistle, one's view will determine how he or she will approach integration, or whether it is pursued at all (2004, pp. 121, 122).

A large portion of the book is taken up in the exploration of the various models used to understand the various views of integration. Entwistle compares and contrasts the various models and their authors, offering his own model which seems to creatively combine the best of the models put forth. Five paradigms are expounded upon to show the various camps in which Christians and psychologists "live." The first is the Enemies paradigm which is marked by antagonism and an inability to see value in the other's perspective. Two versions of the Enemies paradigm exist. First, the Secular Combatants in which religion is seen as the enemy of psychology and second, the Christian Combatants in which psychology is seen as the enemy of religion (p. 186). The second paradigm is the Spies who see some value in the other's perspective, but attach no corresponding belief in the underlying, usually religious, value system (pp. 208-213). They steal thoughts and ideas and use them as they may. The third paradigm is the Colonialists who see value in psychological ideas and then selectively take what meets their needs without buying into the underlying value of psychology as a discipline (pp. 214-218). The fourth paradigm is the Neutral Parties who believe in exploring the ideas of both psychology and theology without trying to see how either relates to the other (pp. 218-225). Finally, the fifth paradigm is the Allies As Subjects of One Sovereign. This best illustrates how both psychology and theology makes the most sense and best captures the true spirit of integration. Taken together, psychology and theology can illuminate the human condition better than either could individually (pp. 230-234).

One concern I have with Entwistle's book, however, is the very obvious deletion of the work of the Holy Spirit in the integration process. While much was said about God's two books, nothing was said about the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit and how the Holy Spirit can provide guidance, wisdom, understanding, and discernment in the therapy process. Throughout Scripture, but especially in the New Testament, the Holy Spirit is seen to provide guidance and understanding to Christians in a variety of areas. Because of what Jesus Christ has done for us, we as believers received the Holy Spirit who dwells within us (Ephesians 2:18). It is the Holy Spirit who guides us. Romans 8: 5 says, "Those who are dominated by the sinful nature think about sinful things, but those who are controlled by the Holy Spirit think about things that please the Spirit" (New International Version) In Ephesians 5:18 Paul says that we are to let the Holy Spirit fill and control us, and that when we allow the Holy Spirit to control our minds there is life and peace (Romans 8:6b). The Holy Spirit gives us hope and power, as well as the understanding of Scripture by guiding us into all truth.

In PSYCHOLOGY: THEMES AND VARIATIONS, BRIEFER VERSION, Wayne Weiten continues his proven combination of a scientifically rigorous text with selective pedagogy that makes learning easy for students. Weiten?s approach is backed by a straightforward writing style, unparalleled in-text visuals and didactic art program, and in-book review to help users prioritize and retain the core concepts. Weiten surveys psychology?s broad range of content with three aims: to illuminate the process of research and its intrinsic relationship to application (themes); to show both the unity and diversity of the subject (variations), and to invite users to the study of psychology by respecting their ability to master its fundamental concepts. Weiten?s themes (including empiricism, theoretical diversity, sociohistorical contexts, multifactorial causation, cultural heritage, heredity and environment, and subjectivity of experience) and variations provide unifying threads across chapters that help users see the connections among different research areas in psychology. ... Product Description

This edition continues to have in-depth, practical coverage with a focus on the intentional teacher by presenting up-to-the-minute research that a reflective, intentional teacher can apply. The eighth edition of this popular text from renowned educational psychologist Robert Slavin translates theory into practices that teachers can use in their classrooms with a further inquiry into the concept of intentionality. An “intentional teacher,” according to Slavin, is one who constantly reflects on his or her practice and makes instructional decisions based on a clear conception of how these practices affect students. To help readers become “intentional teachers,” the author offers a set of questions to guide them and models best practices through classroom examples. Firmly rooted in research, up-to-date theory, and classroom-tested applications, Educational Psychology prepares teachers as no other text does. It teaches them to think about how students develop and learn, to make decisions before and during instruction, and to consider what constitutes evidence that their students are learning and succeeding.

This edition includes a new focus on reflection, new cases, sections on brain research, programs for language minority students, technology, No Child Left Behind, and after school and summer school programs. It contains new critiques of assessment and accountability strategies and a substantially updated treatment of programming for students with special needs.

Iwant to let anyone looking for a textbook on educational psychology to know how great this particular one is.It is well organized and easily read( the font sizes are great). The author is clear and concise, he has put definitions in the margins so that the reader does not have to go searching for them.He has filled the book with practical advice for the classroom and for future teacher certification.

This seller sold out of the book I ordered, but did not let me know that the book was not available until after I already expected the book to be delivered. This caused me to have to pay extra for a new book due to the time the book was needed.

1-0 out of 5 stars Wrongfully sold in US!!!
My wife experienced a horrible time with this book because it was sold as the Ninth Edition, Educational Psychology: Theory and Practice by Robert Slavin.WRONG! It is a Pearson International Edition and it states this on the back: "This is a special international edition of an established title widely used by colleges and universities throughout the world.Pearson Educational International published this special edition for the benefit of students outside of the United States and Canada. If you purchased this book within the United States or Canada you should be aware that it has been wrongfully imported without the approval of the Publisher or Author."No wonder my wife had such a hard time in her class! Her professor nor anyone could figure out why the wording or some of the information was different! The cover looks the same with the exception of the Pearson International Edition Title. We just passed it off thinking it nothing of it.When we went to resell it, it kept rejecting the ISBN.

I don't know about how the book is, I just received it today. This is the way my professor describes the book: The material is good but dry. It's a textbook, so it's dry. If you're up at 11 at night and you can't fall asleep, you can pull out this book and read it. (Meaning it is boring ,expect it to be so.) As far as shipping goes, I ordered it late on a sunday and it arrived in 3 days (wednesday). That was with standard shipping. The book was in the condition as described and it arrived in a big envelope with bubble wrap. I'm very happy with the delivery and purchase! Best of luck in the course everyone...book might be boring but hopefuly your professor jazzes things up a bit like mine (my favorite class!)

Product Description
Why Things Go Right. The Science of Psychology: An Appreciative View by Laura King (University of Missouri at Columbia) is the first text to bring a truly appreciative view of psychology-as a science and for exploring behavior-to introductory students. It is built around the idea that students must study the discipline of psychology as a whole, that the sub-disciplines are intricately connected, and that human behavior is best understood by exploring its functioning state in addition to its potential dysfunctions. For example, imagine that you have been asked to create a science of "watchology." You have two watches that both have had the unfortunate "trauma" of being left in the pocket of someone's jeans through the washer and dryer. One watch has suffered the worst possible fate-it no longer tells time. The other has emerged from the traumatic event still ticking. Which watch would you use to develop your new science of watchology? Clearly, the working watch will help you understand watches better than the broken one. What does watchology have to do with psychology?Quite simply, in psychology as in watchology, it makes sense to start with what works: to gain a general understanding of human behavior and then apply that knowledge to those who have emerged from life's experiences in dysfunction. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Got a 78 Using only this Book
I just took the Introductory Psychology CLEP exam this weekend and got a 78 out of 80. This was my first CLEP exam and I only used this book to prepare for the exam. Professor Sharpsteen did a great job with this book. I recommend that you take both practice exams the book provides, look at the rationales for all the answers, even the questions you got right. Additionally, the glossary provides more important information. A great book!!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Short, and all you'll need to pass
I scored 69/80 after reading only this book.I read it 4 times over the course of 3 weeks, then passed the exam. There were some questions on topics that I'm sure were not in this book, but not enough to keep me from passing (easily)!Good luck on your own exam.

3-0 out of 5 stars CLEP Intro Psych
This CLEP book hardly helps with the test.I barely passed the test (59 out of 50), even after studying in depth for over three weeks and using the practice tests provided. There were questions on the test referencing items that were not listed in this book. After this, I am unsure about using another CLEP book in order to test out of a class.

5-0 out of 5 stars All You Need
This is the only review book/software I used to study for the CLEP Psychology exam. The book is concise enough that you can sit down and read it in just a few hours, yet goes in depth enough to cover almost all of the subjects that you will see on the exam. I personally took the 1st "pre-exam" on the software, then read through the entire book once, then took the 2nd "post-exam", and then took the test. I scored a 69/80 and only needed a 50 to pass!! The tests on the software I thought were harder than the actual exam.

I did come into this with some background knowledge on psychology, most from a human anatomy and physiology course where I learned about the nervous system, but that's about it.

If you use this correctly, I believe this is the only study material you'll need to pass the test. To further prove my point, i only really started studying a couple days before the exam! One thing you want to make sure to do also is to go over the in-depth answers to the practice tests, and learn all the terms given as answers, not just the correct one.

The material is still very relevant to what is on the test, and you should feel confident going into it. Highly, highly recommended.

4-0 out of 5 stars wonderful prep for clep!
Awesome study prep for clep. I aced the test using this book alone. Disc is helpful. Only four stars b/ c there were some questions on the test not covered at all in this book, but I guess that is to be expected. You can ace this test if you really know this book. I scored 72. Out of 80. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars The Ultimate Resource
This book is, hands-down, the best preparatory instrument I have encountered over the course of planning a graduate education in psychology. Anyone planning to apply to psychology graduate programs NEEDS this book. It is far more than just a checklist for graduate applications, as the title first suggested to me. I found this book to be useful in defining my personal goals, identifying my own strengths and skill sets, and creating a carefully thought-out template for my applications to Clinical Psychology PhD programs. As a "non-traditional student" with a master's degree in psychology already under my belt, I was surprised by just how much I needed to read this book before preparing my applications. It is an excellent tool for both the focusing/narrowing down stage of the application process, and in preparing the applications themselves.

5-0 out of 5 stars Very helpful indeed
I'm an undergrad in my senior year of Psychology. I bought this book to help guide me through the entire process, and so far it has been very helpful. I'll be graduating in 2010, and i'll update to note if I'm excepted to a Psych MA program.

3-0 out of 5 stars Not a lot of new info
If you are already looking into faculty to work with or areas of study then you're probably going to buy the "Insider's Guide to Graduate Programs in Clinical and Counseling Psychology" anyways. I bought both thinking that this would help me more with figuring out the process, but most of the info is in the Insider's Guide already. It's well written and clear, but doesn't bring a lot of unique info.

3-0 out of 5 stars Pretty good
this book was good but alot of the info found in this book could be found online for free. This book comes with forms you can use to break down everything you need to do which are very useful though.

2-0 out of 5 stars Not much of use
The book I received was an old one and it had hardly any information that would be useful if you want to join school now. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars A must read
This book has given me tremendous insight on the effects of food on our entire body.I would love every doctor, nutritionist, parent, teacher, and anyone else concerned about the well being mankind to read this info.It is a powerful piece of the "wellness puzzle", written in a way that anyone can understand.Take a Ride

5-0 out of 5 stars GAPS saved my life and my sanity
YES! YES! YES! This book saved my life and my sanity. GAPS explains my life, my parents, my extended family. Within 36 hours of implementing the diet, my mind cleared and I have not experienced depression since then, not one moment depressed. That was 1 and 1/2 years ago. I'm 37 now. I had been a depressive since age four or so. I was diagnosed celiac in 2008, but the standard medical advice was going to kill me, just like it had killed my mother years prior, also diagnosed celiac. I implore you to read this book if you or anyone you love suffers from mental problems, gut problems, auto-immune problems, ear aches, chemical addictions, obesity, diabetes, high metabolism, joint pain, night sweats, night terrors, hot flashes, migraines, sinusitis, dry skin, oily skin, constipation, bad breath, bad b.o., sore muscles, etc., etc., etc., practically everything. It was the carbs all along, the carbs, the carbs. I take no meds now, no vitamins. I see no doctors, no nutritionists. I am freeeeeee !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars Best news for me since 1982
Gut and Psychology Syndrome. This is the science behind Dr. Mark Hyman MD'S The Ultra Mind Solution. Following these principles, under my medical doctor's supervision, I have weened off all psychiatric medications for nearly the past 10 months. I had been under a psychiatrist's care since 1982 and have been on most of the meds used for Bipolar 11 Disorder. Now, I have no depression, no foggy brain, no side effects, a great sex life, no anxiety, and hope to get off disability sometime soon. People need to take control of their own health and use their own will power. After electric shock treatments and acupuncture and years of nonfunctioning it was surprizing to me that our gut actually produces most of the Seretonin used by the brain. I wish I would have found this earlier. My wife and kids are amazed to "have me back." 58 year old professional male.

This is a major indictment against the entire psychiatric community and welcome relief to millions of fellow sufferers who are tired of being guinea pigs under the supervision of their psychiatrists who just prescribe more and more combinations of mind numbing drugs with little hope of ever overcoming their "mental illnesses." This Gut stuff is real. It works. Finally hope for the rest of us.

1-0 out of 5 stars $55? Really?!
I bought a used version of this book, and it is very helpful in getting your health back on track.I was going to order the new version for a friend.
Did someone make a typo or did pigs suddenly sprout wings? When did a paperback ever need to cost $55?How ridiculous!Guess that's a no sale.I will find another used copy for under $10.How sad and greedy to gouge those who need this information to live a normal life!

4-0 out of 5 stars Abnormal Psych. Book
This book was great. I got it delivered in a timely matter, and in time for classes! There was a page not attached to the binding of the book when I got it, but my deliverer apologized sincerely and gave me some money back. I would definetly order from her again!

5-0 out of 5 stars Abnormal Psychology Text Book
The delivery on this product was so good.I had called with a concern about how long it might take because my class had already begun, and they were so helpful and let me know that it was on its way to me.The product was in excellent condition and I am very pleased with this seller.I would most definitely use them again when ordering.

2-0 out of 5 stars Misleading Discription or Wrong Item
After 3 deliveries I still don't didn't get the correct item. I ordered a bound textbook and the 1st delivery came as an unbound textbook which is a textbook in loose pages whick I didn't want. Returned item and was told to place another order for the item.2nd delivery was a hardbound book but it didn't include MyPsychlab which is listed in the item discription. Called customer service and was told to return it and they would send out the correct item. Received 3rd delivery and it was the exact item from the 2nd delivery which didn't include MyPsychlab. I don't know if I was ever delivered the correct item or if the item discription was not correct but I thought I was paying for a textbook and the MyPsychlab as discribed. I had no choice but to keep the book since my class started and needed the book for class. MyPsylab is expensive to purchase on its own so beware when you order this item.

5-0 out of 5 stars The thought of not having to carry the entire book around, but only the needed chapters, is great.Would love to see more books
I must say that as a handicap individual, who is alos weight challenged, the idea of being able to carry only the needed chapters instead of the entire book is great!I would love to see other Textbooks made available in this format.

This Text is a slight revision from an older text and not much new added. It is hard to read easily because the authors insert sources into the text making it difficult to follow the flow. The sources should have been footnotes instead.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Addition to the Personal Library
I love this. I've had some interest in Psychology in general, so when I needed this book for my Social Psych. class, this was well-informed of all the issues and concepts that are presented in analysing society as individuals and groups. It has opened my eyes to see people in a different outlook when people are rude, inconsiderate, or when people come as "weird."

Besides those particular points, it also helps in understanding your own personal actions. You can receive a lot from this book that can benefit yourself and others for the good of your social environment. Highly recommend this. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars A must have for anyone interested in using Positive Psychology in Coaching
This is an excellent book for anyone who is a coach and uses Positive Psychology in their work with clients or would like to begin.

Robert's writing is very succinct and easy to read. He gets to the point without making the topic too big and scary, but easy to implement. He writes in a manner that is very easy to digest and have fun at the same time.

The book is set up in a format that is easy to follow so you can find what you are looking for with ease.

Whether you are a seasoned coach or just beginning this book is one you must have on your shelve. You will find yourself going back to it over and over.

Great Job Robert!

4-0 out of 5 stars Practicing Positive Psychology Coaching
Mr Diener has produced a beautiful, coaches dream workbook here. He has shared his vast experience in coaching and positive psychology to produce a workbook that really 'works'.Since buying his book I take it everywhere, having now read it twice through. His insight and wisdom are evident in the multitude of coaching interventions that he suggests, it is quite clear that his book is a step ahead than the rest, he is pushing boundaries here and considering thought not yet delved into deeply.A highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to build themselves or participating in the transformation of others.

5-0 out of 5 stars swiss knife of positive psychology coaching
This book is the swiss knife for anyone interested in applying the science of positive psychology in coaching. Biswas-Diener's book is action packed with research driven coaching techniques, great assessment tools, cautionary tails, and it makes for a great reference. And if I was missing anything in my recent studies of positive psychology coaching then it was this book.

5-0 out of 5 stars perhaps the best book on science and coaching out there...
yes, I am biased but you won't find me writing reviews for every person who is my colleague and friend in the field of psychology. I promote what I am comfortable standing behind (and what I actually read and enjoy). Biswas-Diener'sfirst book on the topic was an overview of the science of positive psychology. This follow-up emphasizes practical applications that can be used in coaching, therapy, consulting, and education. The chapters include unfamiliar territory. In sections on strengths, positivity, and hope (topics we are used to seeing), Robert provides new insights such as a killer overview of the relationship of strengths and weaknesses, as well as specific practical ideas that you can adopt instantaneously. Unusual topics include positive diagnosis, in which Robert presents brand new ideas on multi-axial diagnosis in the context of appreciating positive situations and personal attributes. There is also a chapter on positive assessments reprinted in full--ranging from meaning in life to curiosity, along with specific suggestions for how to use these, including open-ended questions that can be used to debrief clients. One of the best features of this book, and one of the reasons I collaborate with him so often, is that the guy simply knows how to write (unlike the vast majority of scientists or coaches). He veers away from an academic tone (jargon, abstract and nebulous concepts) and the book is filled with playful and emotionally provocative personal anecdotes--choosing sports teams in grade school, climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, etc. Having seen him speak, he is the master of storytelling. I highly recommend this book. If you don't like it, its you not the book. seriously.

Author of Curious?: Discover the Missing Ingredient to a Fulfilling Life

5-0 out of 5 stars Incredibly Useful for Coaches and helping professionals
This book fills a need in the coaching world because too many practitioners who love the science of flourishing and Positive Psychology don't have any idea how to use it with clients. This book takes care of that problem by giving readers a solid background in why Positive Psychology can enhance coaching, and exactly how and why to perform a "positive diagnosis," how "hope theory" is integral to effective coaching, and even how to prepare yourself for a coaching session and certification. This book is a must-have book for a coach's library, and will be well-thumbed by anyone who is serious about doing excellent Positive Psychology Coaching. ... Dr. James W. 5-0 out of 5 stars Well written, great book (for undergrads)
This textbook is surprisingly interesting. I find I learn much more here than in class. The illustrations have really good detail, yet are simple enough to comprehend with just basic biology and psychology knowledge. Pretty expensive though. I was thinking of getting the previous edition, but waited too close to the start of the semester, so I bought the new version on here. This is one class you may actually want to buy the book. I know I'll be keeping it (although that might not may say much since I keep all my psyc books).
