wonderful book
This book is perfect for my 17 month old girl. We read it everyday near bedtime. She recognizes the bedtime routine, and I think it helps to make bedtime a sweet experience for her. The book ends with little rabbit falling asleep, so I lower my voice on the last page and tell her "sh." Last night she insisted I read the book three times in a row. I am buying more copies for my cousins and their new babies.

Wonderful touch and feel book
Both of my children loved this book. It is very sweet with lots of different touch and feel pages with a story that matches.A little more substance than most touch and feel books.

Excellent tactile experience with soothing verse.
My daughter adores this book (18 mo. old). We got it when she was a few months old, and the pages are still holding up fairly well (only minor taping needed). Rabbit series by Alan Baker
My 1 year old read this story book first time from the public library and he just did not want to stop! I ended up bought this one and couple other rabbit books for him and he loves to read them every night before going to bed. The illustrations are lovely and very easy for eyes. Together with a very interesting storyline to introduce ABCs for babies, it's a perfect gift for babies and toddlers to start their reading adventures.

Another wonderful Little Rabbit Book
Once again Alan Baker has written a book with beautiful pictures that fit in with the text. The text is simple enough for young readers, yet still informative enough to be educational at the same time. Alan Forrest does it again!
Alan Forrest is one of the great writers on French military history. His focus is not on the battles itself but the social construct of the army. No one does it better and this book focuses on the structure and political make up of the army. Forrest argues that the army was politically aware and reacted to ideological changes. Great book, lousy binding.
The information inside the Robot Wars Technical Manual is superb.It's got the background of each house bot as well an imaginary story about each one.
BUT and it's a big but, the book is made so poorly that its pages are falling out after only a few days.Every time we open the book the spine splits and a page comes loose.We've had to stick it all back together with tape. We expect better quality for this price.

But a friend who has read this book stats this is a very good book and if you want to build a robot this could reallyhelp.I took his advice becuase he never let me down before.I flipedthrough the pages and their is a some diagrams to help you out if your apicture person.This is really my friend rating this book 5 stars.But asI hear it is a very good book.

Extremely charming, beautifully illustrated with no words
This book is about a hamster who accidently dirties the new page of his book.He tries all sorts of things to get the page clean, and of course nothing works.The illustrations are charming, and there is absolutely no text.You can describe what is going on or have the child tell what they see.My daughter "read" it when she was in first grade, and now as a senior in high school, she is still looking in the library for it, just one more time. ...
