Great story!!
A great and original fantasy story. Really enjoyed following the Woodpushers and their adventures to retrieve the Book of Writings and save the land of Galwyn. With a great set-up and fun characters I hope more stories are to follow.

A great fun-filled read!
I read this book in one sitting.It was easy to read and flowed from page to page while at the same time being quite humorous.The action centers around the skateboarders, or woodpushers, who have parents named Mahogany and Cedar.That still has me chuckling;)I enjoyed K.L. Novelli's illustrations as well, for they were appropriately placed throughout her book.My only criticism is that there are many spelling errors and punctuation problems throughout the book, but this is easily forgivable as the storyline is inventive and captivating.

Woodpushers is destined to be a classic, and will become a treasured addition to any library or collection.It is illustrated by the author and is printed on high quality paper with a feel of old world nostalgia.The theme incorporates excellent values, offers suspense within each chapter, and is suitable for readers of all ages.A second volume is planned at some point in the future.

The primary emphasis in this report is on the segments: Males 12 - 16; Males 17 - 20 who participate in the sport of skateboarding at three frequency levels: Every Day, Weekly, and Less Often.Data collection was completed using an online survey technique and was drawn from various sports web sites that are associated with action sports. a personal account, a fun read
I really enjoyed this book. The book flows along easily as Cleo tells the story of the role skateboarding played in his life as he grew up in Florida's Central West Coast.

Skaters new and old alike will enjoy the "historical" photos of earlier days of ramp riding skateparks. The book gives you a real sense of what it was like to be a part of skateboarding while it was evolving during Cleo's career. More importantly, I think many skaters will relate to how skating transformed Cleo's life as an ongoing positive influence. ... Read more
